I got a pizza from the Milgen Road store for lunch around 1:00 yesterday (3/30) & the employee was very friendly and fast and my pizza was PERFECT! The pepperoni was perfectly crispy…. I was only supposed to eat 3 slices… well it was a small and I ate the whole thing but it was delicious and I couldn’t help it! Give that employee a raise! It’s a big deal for me because that was the 3rd time I bought lunch this week (1st time at PJs tho) but it was the ONLY lunch I had that I was satisfied with and it was the cheapest! Felt good to not feel like I had wasted my money and felt even better to actually be satisfied after my meal!

The person whom I assume was the manager was making the dough with NO GLOVES on while using the cash register, wiping his hands on his jeans & using his cell phone to see where another employee was who hadn’t shown up to work & NOT ONCE did he go wash his hands before going back to the dough. I also noticed that NONE of the other employees had gloves on either . The cashier wasn’t the kindest & it seemed as if the staff was aggravated with us PAYING customers. I ordered 3 papadia’s which barely had sauce or cheese on them. We were just disappointed with the entire order & experience.

Couldn’t taste the bbq sauce it and it was hard to eat because it was like two pizza just put on top each other I like that the food was hot

I ordered a large specialty pizza online and the next 5 mins, it said that my order was ready. I picked it up and went home to eat it. The crust was very hard and chewy like it was reheated in the microwave too long.

Been a repeat customer here for months with no problems. Every Saturday I buy a pizza on the way into work. Today I put in the order like normal at 527pm est, arrived at around 547pm est to be told it wasn’t ready yet and that it would be in just a minute, no big deal. 603pm est hits and I’m now late to work and still haven’t received the pizza, ask them how long until it’s done. Cashier says “Oh they’re about to put it in the oven in just a minute.” Over 30 minutes past me putting in the order. While I stood around I noticed several employees with long hair that was let down and no hair nets on too so I’m not coming back to here again.

I always like some good old PJ’s. They never miss with their pizzas and their honey chipotle BBQ chicken poppers are great. I don’t expect much from chain pizza restaurants but they always stay on top of it.

We ordered the Shaq a Roni with extra cheese an pepperoni along with garlic knots an a (2) liter of Pepsi. The pizza an the garlic knots were so delicious an good. I will be ordering from Papa John’s again. Just wish they had a larger size of knots.

I ordered carryout and ready on time. When I picked up the order, the staff member that assisted me was extremely kind and offered me bags to help assist me with taking my order. I’m new to the area and this is honestly the best service I have had with carryout with any pizza franchise.

Thoroughly disappointed in the fact that I ordered pizza and upon arrival, the bell peppers arrived bitten into! I called thr store and they said they were just ripped from bag but it doesn’t look that way to me. Why would they even pick that up and PLACE those in a box if that was the case!?
