Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni with 12 inch cheese sticks and a 2 liter of doctor pepper. Only received the cheese sticks and doctor pepper. Called and told them my pizza was missing and the man that answered my call, argued with me about what I had ordered. It took over 3 hours for me to get my pizza that was purposely messed up. Corporate has been called and the picture of the pizza has been sent to them. I will hear from them in 48 hours.

I ordered online and email confirmation stated 30 mins. My husband arrived 30 minutes later and still had to wait an hour! After waiting for an hour he was given the wrong order. I called the store and the lady stated she would have correct order delivered but, never took down my address. Very disappointing!

This is the first time ever ordering from Moultrie Papa John’s. I must say I was very disappointed in the food we received. We drove 20 minutes to the other side of Moultrie passed a Pizza Hut to get Papa John’s because they are supposed to be the best. Yet got home with the 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. The crust was literally burnt. My granddaughter could not even eat the breadsticks because they were so burnt. We did the best we could do with eating the pizza. But the rest had to be thrown away because the crust was so burnt. To say disappointed is an understatement. This is not what you would expect from a Papa John’s. Please do better. People are spending money with you. Hard earned money and expecting what Papa John’s claims to deliver. Well this time is the very first I have ever gotten from a Papa John’s and have been disappointed.

I said I would give this store one last chance because the last couple of times that I ordered, service has been extremely slow and the food arrived very late. Who wants cold pizza? No one. My boyfriend ordered a pizza from them today and he had to call twice to see what the hold up was. The first time a lady answered him and told him that the pizza was ready, but it had to sit there for 30 minutes until they could deliver it. At that point I just wanted him to cancel it, because who willingly says that to their customer…delivering a pizza that you know has just been sitting there and then it still has to make it to your house. The second time he calls a young man answers and tells him that they would be at our residence within the next minute or two, but 40 minutes goes by. At that point my boyfriend calls and cancels the order to request a refund. I am very dissatisfied with their service and it is a shame because I genuinely like Papa Johns pizza, but not if this is the service that comes with it.
