My husband and I order from here allllll the time and have never had an issue. But tonight they delivered my pizza to saint Mary’s seafood and not my house???? A lady from saint Mary’s seafood called me and said they had my pizza…. I called the store to figure out why it was delivered there and all the lady said was “okay I’ve got you all set we will send another one out”…. Didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer a store credit, nothing! We are very loyal customers but not anymore.

I would like to first say my family and I have been ordering from Papa Johns for year’s an NEVER had to experience we received today. After my Daughter which is a teenager placed and order with Papa Johns after a few minutes late she received a text message from a Door Dasher asking how much did she have for a tip!?!?! What kind of corporation has this turned in to. I wish I could screenshot the messages and phone number.

Despite closing at 2300 their website wouldn’t allow me to order take out at 2210. Which was quite frustrating. That’s also quite early to close, as their competitors Dominos close at 1300 on saturdays.

So I have been ordering from this place since I moved here in 2018 and for some reason it has gone down hill. Every time I order a pizza it doesn’t has much sauce on it. One time I asked for extra sauce and they put so much sauce on it that my pizza was greasy and unbeatable. So time my pizza barely has any sauce at all! This place has definitely lost me as a customer.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza and the only cheese was in the order was in the crust. Called to inquire and was told a new one could be made as long as I drive the wrong one to them to pick up a new one. So I paid for delivery and because of their error I have to drive to get what I ordered.

Fast and delicious! I always find that ordering from the Papa Johns app is extremely easy and convenient. There is also a large selection of menu items to choose from. I love the different menu “specials” that are offered. I can always count on there being a fantastic value!
