Okay so I have revised review and gave this restaurant 4 stars. I kept the service and atmosphere at 1 star because my food never made it to me even though I placed an order online and they said it would. I was able to get it rectified thankfully by the owner who emailed me telling me he wanted to know what he could do to fix it and I did let him know I just wanted a refund. I think this restaurant is short drivers so just keep that in mind when ordering delivery from them. That was something I wasn’t aware of but they do have door dash driving for them and my food never even made it to me.

Placed order for 2 medium pizzas for carryout through the app. Order was estimated to be ready in 40-45 minutes. It took exactly 2 hours to get my order. And anytime I asked about it, the person I asked would just walk away and I could never get an answer until it was actually finally ready. Even then, I wasn’t given any sort of explanation, an apology, or anything. I wasn’t the the only one waiting there that long. There were others there at the same time as well being treated just as rudely.

I order 2 medium pizza and cheese sticks tonite at 6:20 and it took 3 hours for them to be delivered and when they got here I was missing the cheese sticks and the delivery driver said to call them and he would go back up there and get them well I called them and a black girl picks up and tells me that they couldn’t send the cheese sticks back out because they have a 2 hour wait and I said so I just paid for cheese sticks that I don’t have and she was very rude and hung up the phone I will never order Papa John’s again they use to be good but they done got sorry and I wouldn’t even leave 1 star if It didn’t make me leave one and on top of everything u can tell my pizza was sitting there for a lil while because it was cold like it been in a fridge or something

It pains me to see customers complaining about their wait. These workers are working as fast and as hard as they can to make our nights great with pizza. It is very busy but everyone is very respectful and professional and honestly with that kind of environment I’d wait forever

I know things are hard and help is hard to find, but that was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Thin crust, square cut, with three toppings. Pepperoni and sausage were only in the middle. Banana peppers were scattered ok. Crust burned big time.

Ordered light pepperoni on the pizza the guy that took the order said ok. Got the pizza full of pepperoni took it back Manager said that option was not on the computer so he couldn’t make a pizza with just a little amount of pepperoni. Wow then proceeded to tell me to leave. I have ordered many pizzas from here and for this very rude manager to not make my order right was uncalled for especially since his employee took my order with light pepperoni. Also don’t try to place a phone order…they don’t ever answer!!!

If I could have given a score less than 1 star I would have. If you order a pizza do not expect it to be ready within the time frame. Original estimate was 40-50 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes we were told our pizza was 3rd in line to be cooked. Which was still going to be another 20-30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. With all the pizza places available in town you would think they would attempt to stay up to par, but it obviously isn’t important to them.
