Disgusting, while the food was OKAY, not very hot but tasty. The store is disgusting, there was one employee working and I think there was one floating around in the back somewhere. The music was literally so loud I had to YELL my order out and get within a few inches of her face to hear what she was saying to me. Completely rude. Everyone doesn’t want to hear that blasting when they walk in an establishment. We could literally hear it from our car. The floor was full of trash on the customer side of the counter as well as on the floor in the kitchen area. I saw chips, cheese and paper trash everywhere. They gave me a two liter bottle of soda in a ripped bag, when she realized it was ripped she tied the bag at the top so I wouldn’t notice. Really? Thank God I won’t be going back in there again. We got this for dinner in a pinch. I think I would have rather had microwave meals back at the hotel.

Just because you call a store and asked to switch from carry out to delivery they cancel the order. Then want to argue you down that it was canceled all I did was ask a question. Now I have to wait 15 minutes for the order that should have been ready 20-25 minutes ago

Over priced pizza. More than $16 for a pepperoni pizza at an establishment like this is to much. Pizza isn’t much different than the good ol’ $6 hot an readys. Take your money to a real pizza restaurant or get little Caesars.

Ordered 10 pizzas for my shift 3 hours in advance…arrived at the scheduled time and was told all 10 had been accidentally given to someone else and it would take 15 minutes to completely remake the order. It took 45, during which time I heard constant complaints from other customers regarding order accuracy or completion in the first place. I’ve never had such an issue with any other Papa John’s and certainly hope this location gets their act together.

I ordered on the app a pizza and garlic knots. It Said hr to hr and half for delivery. Got it in about half hr. But the food was cold almost no sauce on pizza. No marinara for the garlic knots and I ordered an extra one and didn’t receive it. Very disappointing to receive cold food before estimated delivery time. Won’t order from here again waste of money.

Wow customer service sucks. They charge a delivery fee plus want a tip then told me it would be a 65 to 95 minute delivery time then immediately hung up the phone. Can’t believe how rude these people are. I would fire them all and get new friendly staff that knows how to deal with the public.
