Was tired from sightseeing and stopped for pizza to take home. Unfamiliar with area. Was told would have to order through app. They didn’t have even one menu posted. Both gentlemen acted like I was stupid when my phone would not recognize that scan code to get menu. Not all phones can! We older people deserve to be able to read a menu in the store when necessary!

Placed an order online, it arrived 45 mins after eta. Items arrived cold and some were missing from our order. Called the store twice and placed on a long hold before we were able to get ahold of someone who would rather give us points than send a driver back with the rest of the food we ordered. We don’t have an account and will never order from here again. The cold pizza tasted like it was under a heat lamp for a long time and then out of the thermal bag for a long time – somewhat hard and chewy.

I placed an order via the app at 1705. The estimated delivery time was 1731-1741. At 1800 I checked the ‘Papa Track’ which showed it was still being prepared. I tried calling the local store 3 times with busy signals each time. I ended up driving to the store and arrived at 1820. I asked for the manager who came over to talk. I asked about the status of the pizza since it was almost an hour late at this point and I could not get any answers. He said a delivery driver had just left with it. I asked why no one answered the phone or updated me for the delay and he responded that it wasn’t his fault and that I should have checked the app. I again pointed out that it was an hour later than estimated, his only response was that the store was short staffed. I asked for his name and he only provided Zhay, refused to provide last name. Also asked for regional manager contact and he refused that information. I asked if there was anything else that could be done to make it right and he said that he did everything right. I turned and left and another customer behind me said that he didn’t want to order from a store with that type of customer service and left too.

Made two attempts to order food at store. One cook and one young man with brown hair and glasses who didn’t seem to be playing with a full deck who never asked what we needed. No one in store but me, my son and two workers. We would eat here once a week for years, but service has really gone down hill. Ordering food from India doesn’t help. Good luck with your business.

This place is a total joke Ordered 3 cheese pizzas for delivery. Did it by phone and actually spoke with someone. Said it would be 45 min. Pizza never came. After 1.5 hrs I was calling and they had closed for the night. No phone call. Nothing.

WORST Papa Johns I’ve EVER ordered from. Extremely poor management. This is the second time I have this experience. I placed my order and never received anything. The store number does not answer! Can’t get a hold of anyone! I called Papa Johns customer service and they were also unable to reach the store. My order must be cancelled through the store to get a refund BUT I can’t get a hold of anyone…. Not even corporate can help me, this is ridiculous.

Worst experience I have ever had !!! I will never order from Papa Johns on Skidaway again, if they do not get a new manager. Marcel the manager was rude and very unprofessional. We ordered and when we got the order, it was wrong. So of course I called to speak with them, I got the manager Marcel and told him it was wrong. His response was all I can do is give you your money back in a very rude voice and hung up on me. Not, can I correct the order and resend it!!! I called back to make sure it was not an accidental hang up, understanding that accidents do happen. I explained that I just spoke with him and was hung up on and told him I thought that was very rude , he said so. I asked if he liked his job and told him I was going to contact corporate and the BBB, his response was do what you want to and hung up on me again. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had, especially with a manager.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Placed an order online. Told the wait will be 2 hours after placing the order and charging my credit card. I could not wait that long. CANNOT cancel the order online! I tried calling 3 times and selected following up with an existing order and was hung up on all 3 times. Then called and selected to speak with a manager, then hung up on again. Called again and selected the option to order. I was then connected to a call center. He was very helpful but could do nothing to cancel the order. He called the local store 3 times and no answer. He called another location and the manager could not help. I am calling AMEX to challenge the charge for a service charged and never provided. My mother ordered last Friday with the same exact scenario. It took her over an hour to speak with someone after multiple failed attempts. She finally was able to cancel the order. I will never order from this business again.
