The store did not give the delivery driver part of the order. I called the store for a refund on the items but they told me I couldn’t get a partial refund and I would get a “store credit” without proof of credit. She said I would have to call the store next time to order and let them know I have a credit. I wouldn’t mind doing this but I would want proof of a store credit instead of a verbal confirmation. I don’t know if anyone has done this “store credit” before but seems shady. 100% will pick up next time. Food was great! Credit to the kitchen staff.

0 stars! Worst experience ever! I ordered a pepperoni heart pizza and cheese bread for Valentine’s day…none of the crew even greeted the customers…somebody had to call them! When the owner came, I told him and he said it will be ready in 15 minutes. When the pizza was finally ready and I took it home, to my horror, there was no pepperoni on the pizza, there was a thumbprint on it. The cheese bread had a portion that was distorted from mishandling fingers! Gross!

I drove to Papa John’s. The guy who took my order was very polite. He told me it would be about 15 mins. It was ready in 15 minutes. My food was perfect. I would definitely go back again.

This was not Papa John’s fault. We bought $98 worth of food and it was delivered with Door Dash but the food never came even though the app said it was delivered. I had to go to the store to ask where our food was. They remade our order and gave me a good discount and cancelled the order Door Dash picked up. I had 4 toddlers and 5 adults waiting for an hour a half longer than what the delivery was supposed to be.

This happened on New Year’s Eve, day, and the day after. First the pizza was cold a the garlic knots were not cooked. That wasn’t even the worst part. We got cheese and pepperoni pizza. My entire family got food poisoning from it. I couldn’t even eat pizza for 3 months we complained about it and they said it was nothing. I can’t believe they said that.

Called the store multiple times to try and reach out before I left this review. I even contacted Papa John’s customer service and they said an associate from the store would contact me within 48 hours. Well it’s been 4 days and still no contact. Paid 15 dollars for this New York style and I guess they forgot to put the ingredients in the middle of it and on a few slices. If I need to put the order number so they can track who and when made the order then I will, but again I contacted customer service so corporate was already aware. Just never was reached out to by a store associate. I would not suggest eating here! Drive a couple extra miles to Savannah store, as this was not the first time I had poor service from this store in particular.

Ordered online waited for the text message to tell me it was read for pickup I get to the location they said they don’t have it and then it dropped guys in the back. Playing ! This was my second time getting a pizza with no sauce on it . I didn’t get any Marianna sauce with my bread sticks (which were dry and overcooked) , maybe they keep running out. Really disappointing when you spend that much money on a pizza.

Didn’t see the reviews its my fault. If you see this! don’t be a victim order pizza from somewhere else. Multiple things missing from pizza . Garlic parmesan crust , pizza and bread sticks were over cooked and missing dips . waited for my order supposedly it was still in the oven got my order and it was almost room temperature. I don’t know what happened.
