I had to order on the phone since their online system won’t allow you to order as a guest, then after that ordeal since the person taking my order was not knowledgeable in the least about their job, I receive this. Tell your drivers to slow the hell down or something. I was literally less than two miles away and he managed to partially destroy my pizzas.

Ordered pizza from here last night for a family member. The Papa tracker said that it would be there at 11:30pm and it was 10 minutes away, and no delivery ever even came! As a matter of fact Papa Johns cancelled my order and did not inform me. Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again!

Ordered my food at 9:55 box tickets says 10:06 and food was delivered over an hr later around 11:15 and they say would be 24-38 mins. My homegirl placed her order 10 mins before I did and I got mines before her AT SAME HOTEL. Our food was cold only 4 mins from the place. Bottom of pizza looked like card board and the cheese sticks were a mess smh. They forgot her drink on her order and they forgot my extra sauces I paid for. I CANT WAIT TO CALL IN THE MORNING WHEN THEY OPEN. GUESS HE WAS DROPPING OFF OUR ORDER BEFORE HE WENT HOME FOR THE NITE. SHE SPENT $35 AND SO DID I. BULLCRAP

2hrs for a simple delivery to a residence 6 mi away. Never again. I suggest no one order from this location ever, they definitely don’t deserve the business. I will be ordering from the dominoes on Hartley Bridge rd from now on, yes its further but at least I know I’ll get my order in a timely manner.

This was probably one of the worst pizzas that I have ever had at Papa John’s. 1/3 of the pizza was crust, and toppings did not cover anywhere near the edge of the pizza. It is like they left the dough out at night or something because the pizza crust tasted something straight out of a trashcan. The pizza sauce had a funky taste to it to, kinda tasted spoiled. Either this location is trying to save money on old pizza, or there is not enough training. Disgusting pizza.

I literally just ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce, chicken, and fresh spinach. When my husband picked it up it was not the right pizza. There was no Alfredo sauce instead it had pizza sauce. It did however have chicken, but there was no spinach. Instead of spinach it had green peppers and onions on it. On top of the wrong pizza the cheese sticks were over cooked.

If i could give a -5 i would . Ordered dinner for my entire family at 8:30 pm on a thursday night 2.5 hrs later we call to find out they havent even put our food in the oven . The guy proceeds to tell us he is the only one working there but promised to get our food delivered to us . 11:35pm no food ,they are closed and my card charged 60 bucks . Just wow !
