After our large order for the end of class party chaos(cold pizza, stingy toppings) we stopped ordering from here. Wings were probably half the size, and a couple of pieces were extremely overcooked and dry-they didn’t even have much meat on it. My teen placed an order of Philly Cheesesteak, I see maybe two pieces of bell pepper and stingy toppings again, too much sauce on the dough maybe to make up for the toppings(we ordered normal sauce) it made pizza look like some spilled soup mess. It is so greasy you cannot pick up the slice without oil dripping. We started ordering Marcos and they are way better when it comes to quality of pizza. They were never stingy with toppings so far. Papa John’s used to be our family’s favorite. Do something about it otherwise you will lose so much business.

Pizza is very late in delivery…cold pizza. I called and the person answering the phone very sternly said, “mam, your pizza is coming out of the over now. I responded, your tracking shows it’s delayed due to another delivery. Again, mam, it’s being boxed now.” Clearly they don’t know what’s going on there. NEVER ordering from them again!

I had to call this location 4 times asking for a manager. No one ever took my call. I updated my home address online before ordering. The address the pizza was delivered to was my previous address that I have not lived at in over 2 years. I’ve ordered from this location since moving because I work near there. I called to cancel my order or have it transferred to the location I live by, but they kept putting me on hold and no one ever up and took my call. Now I gotta wait 7-10 business days to get my money back through my bank.

I used the app as we often do and again one of our pizzas was AWFUL. It had very little cheese, it was supposed to be extra cheese. Also the jalapeños, black olives and tomatoes were tossed on top like an after thought and fell off when you picked up the pizza. It looked like it was made 4 hours prior to the order and was cold. We have had more problems in the past 2 years than anyone should and are done with Papa John’s. I have called before and they hear me but nothing is done and they aren’t listening. So, my advice would be to order pizza somewhere else.

Very poor customer service from Holden the manager at The Furys Ferry Store. Pizza was very Bland, no flavor. Cheese sticks were plain. Was placed on hold for over 8 min. Called back and was told I had to wait because they were to busy. Cooperate is my next call. Manager has NO customer service experience. Do not recommend this store. Tayla was professional, and courteous.

I ordered a large cheese and a large pepperoni and it was $30. Awfully high for pickup. I got to the store and asked and was told oh we automatically apply discount if you call the store directly. I asked for the number and was told it’s option 5. How the heck are you supposed to know this. Don’t use the call center! It’s a rip off.

THEY APPROACHED MY SIX YEAR OLD CHILD AND HANDED HIM PIZZA THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!!! My son walked out our front door and I was standing in the living room coming out behind him. Not two minutes passed and next thing I know my son is handing me pizza saying “a man came in our yard and handed this to me” like WHAT !!! This is a CHILD ! And the pizza box was HOT ! They had the wrong address, it was for my neighbors (I did the right thing and walked it down to my neighbors). I called the location to let them know that their driver was apparently not checking addresses and handing food to legit CHILDREN and not adults and they put me on hold for 20 min. Once someone picked up, they literally sat the phone on the counter and went about their business talking and giggling for 5 min. saying nothing while I continuously said “hello, can anyone hear me” then the line goes BACK on hold for another 10 min. THEN HANGS UP !!!! I called corporate to file a formal complaint. This is 100% unacceptable. We don’t order from this location anyways bc they have horrible reviews and complaints on the manager. Now I see why first hand. Take your business elsewhere bc they clearly do not think this situation is serious and let their drivers do whatever they please. Wish I could leave negative stars.

I am out of town came from Tampa fl area here. This was the Papa John’s closest to my hotel and I can honestly say it’s the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. They got my order just right they cook the pizza well done like I asked but didn’t over cook and dry it out. It’s not greasy at all. It taste fresh great pizza . Great job
