Ordered online. Got confirmation. Went to pickup half an hour later. The girl at the counter said no order was received. Asked me to place an order again! I showed them the confirmation email. The girl on the counter could not care less. I checked out my credit card and it was charged. I showed them that. Then they said they’ll prepare the pizza. I said I don’t want pizza and want my money back. They said you should get a refund within 24 hours, and I should call them if I do not receive a refund, but they did nothing for the refund. It was clear the money was gone, so I decided to wait for the pizza I ordered 45 minutes ago. Nice job!

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery which by itself took forever. Missing a pizza once arrived and could not get a hold of the store over phone. Had to drive to the store where the manager was walking around with a vape in her hand and the pizza chef was adding toppings to the pizza with his bare hands. No gloves. All we got was a store credit, not even a refund. Would not recommend.

Ordered delivery at 10:57pm through the papa johns app and they gave it to door dash. The delivery driver from door dash called me and couldn’t speak English. All the driver could say is I dropped off your order and yet I never received my delivery. I said that to the driver and they hung up and didn’t answer, so I went up to the store immediately to see if they could remake my food or give me refund and they said their closed at 11:54 and they close at 12am. I expressed my frustration and the manager said your not getting a credit or refund even though I didn’t receive the order and went out of my way after a 16 hour day to get food delivered. I paid 35 dollars to not receive anything. We called corporate and they said they would speak to the upper management at the franchise after 48 hours I would get a call even though we already spoke with management. The manager clearly just wanted to close early. This is fraud, stealing, and will never order here again, it’s too stressful not knowing if your going to receive your food and having to deal with getting your money back. I have called my bank and they will be resolving this issue. If they would do this to me, I’m sure I’m not the first. AVOID AT ALL COST! They don’t care about even there regular customers!

My pizza was incorrect and overpriced when I came to pick it up. I kindly explained this to the employee at the register and she just told me that the order must be correct because that’s what the sticker on the box said. I used to love this location but having to complain to a non-caring employee and battle over who is right or wrong when paying almost $20 for what ended up being just a large pepperoni pizza is upsetting. Make sure you keep your receipt and have the cashier repeat your exact order back to you before buying or you might not get what you ordered. PapaJohns has lost my business.
