Ordered pepperoni pizza with black olives and there was something very off with the taste. Black olives tasted very sour and I instantly knew something was wrong. I’ve been ordering this combo most of my life so I know what it should taste like. Had to throw away my entire pizza….it was that bad!

We have never really had an issue with this papa John’s. They are usually great and great customer service. Unfortunately, I ordered a pick up order, I had my toddler in the car and it was raining. I called to see if they could maybe bring it out, since I parked right out front so I didn’t have to get a toddler out and grab pizza. Well when I called someone answered that he would get to me in a second. Well since I was right in front, I could see him. He did look like he was working on the computer. Well then he was chatting with a girl and laughing. So I hung up and called again. He looked at the number and sent me straight to hold. Even though I could see there were people who could answer. When he walked in he didn’t even look up. Maybe this employee should not doing customer service. Again we usually love them!
