I asked for my pizza well done and this is what I received!!! The lady said well you did say well done. I have received many pizzas from this location and my pizzas are always well done and never looks like this. The boy even checked my pizza and gave it to me like this what acceptable. I checked it and was like did you see this pizza and began to take pictures and of course he tried to yank it back but I still got a picture. I can’t believe he really gave me this pizza looking like this.

We placed an order for delivery, 50 mins later we checked the tracker and it said cancelled so we called the store to see what was up. The manager responded they were just waiting for another driver but not to worry our food would be delivered in 10-15mins. No problem. 20 mins goes by no delivery, so I called the store again and a different person answered. She said she was called in and would try to figure out what was going on. Came back to the phone and said they had to remake your order pizza is in the oven now come to the store in 20 mins. So again no problem. We even changed our order from delivery to pick up since they must be under staffed.

We ordered pizza at around 5:45pm. Our estimated time was 6:45-6:59 for delivery. It was about 6:50 and we got a text from door dash saying it was canceled. Which is weird because we ordered through papa johns website not door dash. We called and spoke to a guy who said he was waiting on a driver to come back and we should get the order in 10-15min. 20 more min go by and nothing so we called back. A very kind girl answered and said that they would remake it and that she could change it to pick up. We waited about 20 more min and went to pick it up.

They Charged my daughter card twice! I Called to speak with someone, got put on hold for almost 30 minutes. I Called back and some rude girl picks up the phone talking fast explaining with a very condescending tone that she’s the only one there and she has 30 pizzas to make and hung up the phone! this was at 10:30am! Mam be foreal 30 pizzas at 10am at papa johns? Girl please! The professionalism is at zero! Do better! Having nasty rude workers will definitely hurt your business!

Terrible. Gave me BBQ Chicken Pizza instead of chocolate chip cookie dessert. How do you mix up pizza with dessert?? Read your tickets carefully for ubereats! Talk about carelessness… nobody wanna answer the phone either because the know they messed up and don’t wanna deal with the consequences. Trash.

Someone ate the peppers, sucked them dry, and put the stem and remains in my pizza box… Then delivered it to me. Tried to call the restaurant, got very rudely hung up on. Wrote a note to corporate, leaving a review here. Idk whats going on here but this location used to be so good. Now you literally get already eaten food delivered to you. Gross. Save yourself the hospital bill.

I asked for stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. They delivered this monster instead. Center is soggy and thin and the stuffed crust dough is humorous relative to the whole pizzas size. Just horrible.

Maybe I’m picky, but I could’ve sworn we ordered cheese-sticks, not a small cheese pizza minus sauce… Our food was almost 30 minutes late via PAPA JOHNS delivery(this place is about 6 mins from my home) and it looked very rushed. The wings were sauced IN THE BOX and not tossed in sauce. Disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

I ordered a large pizza on the app and scheduled it for 4pm so I would be able to feed five girls after school before their athletic practice. At 4:15 I called the store and was told they had no drives and were using door dash and he had no idea when they would deliver my pizza. he said he had not control over the delivery. yet they were able to charge my credit card and I’m still fighting for a refund because the pizza never came.
