This is not the first time papa John’s has done this but I swear they give my order away every time. We ordered 45 minutes ago and they gave our pizza away to somebody else for the 2nd time! I’m starting to think it’s all the papa John’s at this point! Now we have to wait for them to remake our pizza again with no compensation at all…. The cashier walked up eating so I don’t know if he eating the pizza or not he couldn’t even talk his mouth was so full! Lord help them

Opened the box of Parmesan bread sticks and this is what they looked like. Burnt and hard as a rock. I cannot believe anyone looked at these and still packaged them up for delivery. I called and there was no compassion or sorry for the inconvenience, just we’ll resend another. What kind of people do they having working there because this is unacceptable!

I asked for regular pan crust pizza and no cheese. Now any other location gets it right but not State Street. What is this? On top of the fact that it’s extremely dried out… who would eat this? Then the manager was completely rude and disregarded everything and blamed it on the fact that I said no cheese. How does no cheese make the crust thin and the pizza dry? How come all other locations can deliver? Don’t stop here not worth it.

This store is really bad. They delay your order 2 hours. No way you can cancel though because they block incoming calls. I was able to contact my driver to cancel which they confirmed. The pizza was sent anyway after I made other plans. Now Im calling for a refund and the manager keeps hanging up. I find the staff to be extremely thoughtless concerning their customers.

It’s gotten to be RI-DAMN-DICULOUS!!!! All year long they’ve been dropping the ball! Who the hell are you to deliver MY food to someone else? Let ME make the decision as to whether I want to feed someone else on MY hard earned dime! They’ve only gotten my order right ONE time after all the money I spent on them this year. They forget my drinks all the time that’s why I don’t even bother adding one! Who is the ringleader of this circus? Bring back the old papa John’s! They got it right for the previous 11 years I’ve been ordering from the state street location. Damn near every time I order nowadays, they find a way to disappoint me! AFTER IVE LEFT THEM A TIP!!! No more tipping Papa John’s for life! Even if the service improves, I’m not tipping anybody!

Second time i order and the delivery guy acts like he can’t complete a delivery. I have clear instructions for the 5th floor and how to get up, he called saying I’m at the front door… Of the leasing office! Please read directions, they are simple. Pizza was watery to many toppings all in the center of the pizza so it didn’t bake well I’m having to fixing it myself smh not worth it last time i order from here two times is enough

I received some of the worst customer service at this location. I called the “Manager’s line” to see how long in advance I needed to place a large so that I could make sure that I received it in time, and the young lady, Bria, who answered was extremely rude telling me that I needed to place the order “now”. When I said that needed to go back to my group to get the order details her attitude became even worse. I then asked was she the manager (because I did choose the “Manager’s line”) and said no. I told her that I didn’t like her attitude when was trying to spend such a large amount with her establishment, and that I wanted to speak to a manager. She said ok, and after about 3 minutes of hold time (in which she was undoubtedly explaining her side of the story) the manager (didn’t get his name) gets on the phone is very rude and condescending. I tell him that I’m trying to spend a few hundred dollars with his establishment and I don’t like the way that I’m being treated. He seemed very uninterested in resolving my issue and earning business. He was more interested in keeping his loyalty to Bria and making it seem like I was an out of control customer so I told him that I would call back. Ultimately, I determined that I wouldn’t be able to trust this location with my order so I took my business (and $350) to Mellow Mushroom in Midtown. The service was much better.
