I go into the restaurant to pick up my order and notice the cook throwing the metal pans that the pizzas are baked on to the floor and stepping on them with his shoes. When I inquired about why they were doing that, the young man (with the curly hair) at the front counter responds “because it’s the end of the night,” in a condescending manner. After expressing concerns about the restaurant being unsanitary, the other guy on the front counter (with the cornrow braids) goes to the oven, moves the cook out the way, and takes a pizza out the oven and starts handling it after just counting the money in the cash register. I ask if that was my pizza and he says “what are you scared of?” I respond “getting sick, because you all are unsanitary and not handling the food responsibly.” At that time, I decided to request a refund. The guy at the counter responds, “good, now I get to eat your pizza.”

I called to make an order. We order at least 2 to 3 times a week. The young man that answered couldn’t get my address correct. I asked to speak to the manager. She answered and asked what is it you want. I exsplained to her the situation. And said I assumed he is in training. She replied dont insult my employee intelligence. I said I wasn’t she replied yes you are so what do you want. I said nothing and hung up on her. Shack needs to QA his stores. I will be calling Corporate Monday morning. And no I don’t want free food. They can keep it. Domino’s and Mario’s was the worst but Poppa John’s has topped them for me today. I called Mario’s and they were friendly and got my address and order correct. Poppa John’s is my favorite pizza. Just not this location.

Ordered a pizza around 9pm and the pizza didnt even arrive until 11:02 pm. By the time i could even put a complaint in the store was closed. The pizza was cold, and the quality seal was broken. To rub salt in said wound, received an email stating the order was below quality.

My first time at this location was a great experience! I had a quick wait for a delicious $7 pizza that turned out to be free! If next time is anything like this time, I’ll definitely be coming back again. On top of that, I was given a nice greeting as I walked in the door.

Horrible horrible service. As we walked in, the cashier guy continued doing boxes and did not acknowledge us at all. We patiently waited till he finally decided to ring us up for the pizza we already ordered. He was speaking so low we couldn’t understand him. I asked him if I can do split payment and he looked extremely bothered, put his hand on his face making a gesture like he did not want to do that…he then said “I dont not know how to do all that” I asked him if he can please ask somebody in the back that knows how so that he can learn some thing. After he finally did it we said thank you and he didn’t even respond. He definitely needs to be retrained and he should not be dealing with customers. maybe he was too into his headphones that he didn’t wanna pay attention to his customers.

Ordered a large for delivery. Hour later a called to check. They said they couldn’t find my apartment complex and that they called. I said I’m calling on my cell and that’s a lie. Offered a discount but from the guy lying in the background I wouldn’t trust food from them. Go/order from anyone else.
