I ordered online for a carryout order. While driving to the restaurant, I was notified, by text, that my order was ready. I pulled up to the drive thru and it took the manager 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence. Once he did, I told him I was picking up my order and he told me he has to remake it because they forgot to add cheese. He said it would only take 4 minutes to remake so I waited because I paid in advance. 4 minutes turned into 9 minutes from an order that was supposedly ready. I asked to see the manager and the employee said I am the manager. What can you do when the manager provides horrible service? If the food was free, maybe I can deal with the bad service. The price of my food pays your salary.

ZERO customer service! Absolutely pitiful. Ordered a take out pepperoni pizza and it was cold and burned. Called to VERY nicely ask for a replacement (how hard is that to do?) and you would have thought we were asking for someone’s first-born child. They finally agreed to replace the pizza, went back to pick it up and it was more burned than the first one! TERRIBLE restaurant, terrible food, terrible service. Sorry Papa John’s but you have lost our business forever!

They was fast.I always order from them.but I was upset it was for granddaughter birthday.I didn’t get the extra sauce I paid for. I dont drive or I would’ve come and got it granddaughter wasn’t happy so I order from someone else after I called papa johns and told them I was missing my sauces. They couldn’t do anything about it. Might have to take my business somewhere else after being a loyal customer for years

Papa John’s is my new go to pizza place for delivery. I have to be honest, Domino’s has always been my favorite but I ordered one not too long ago that was terrible. Thank you and will see you soon.

The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the delivery always arrives right when the app says it’s going to, so we don’t have to wonder how long it’ll be. We did have an order a few weeks ago that was just off and not really what we ordered at all, but I’m not docking any stars from my review because just a few days later we got a coupon in the mail for a free pizza. And we didn’t even call to complain or anything – the restaurant itself knew they messed up and wanted to correct it (without us needing to ask for it). I just thought that was great and our next order was perfect! So I’m keeping my review 5 stars.

Order carryout. Show up after the pizza is supposed to be done. Worker says, “oh, I’ll put that in the oven next”. No apologies, but loudly complaining in the back about Wednesday mornings being too busy.

Worst pizza place in Newnan! Just avoid this place. Words can’t even describe the incompetence of the employees at this establishment. We pulled up in the drive thru to pick up our pizza, after we paid the girl working the window, she told us to pull to the front and they would bring it out. Even though the app said that it’s been ready for about 5 minutes. We pull to the front and wait for ten minutes, no one comes. I go inside and ask for my pizza and it’s clearly been sitting in the warmer this entire time. I guess I need to lower my expectations or go to a different restaurant.
