Had it delivered, the Ultimate was on the soggy side and didn’t hold up. The ingredients slid of the slice. Did not affect the taste it was still good. The meats was perfectly cooked. Was able to hold up to the fold grip and slice stayed straight as well. Chicken wings were superb as well as the new chicken Papadilla. Delivery driver was friendly and courteous.

This establishment lacks professionalism, lacks basic skill and any concern for the customers order . Poorly managed what a shame to this is their best . No need to revisit.

This Papa Johns restaurant just raised the bar of excellence for the fastest delivery of the freshest food from any restaurant, ever. I placed an online order at 7:30 p.m. and received a notice that the order would be delivered in FIFTY EIGHT (58) minutes which, while slow, saved us a trip and was absolutely fine…IF it arrived on time. Not only did the food arrive on time, it was at the door SEVENTEEN (17) minutes later. The pizza couldn’t have been hotter or more tasty if we had been sitting in the restaurant. It was absolutely delicious, as was the still warm pan of chocolate brownies (I know, I know…pizza and brownies). After experiencing horrible service from the Papa Johns restaurants in Jackson (Hwy 16 at I-75) and Locust Grove (Tanger Blvd), it’s nice to see that at least one franchisee has their act totally together and is providing great food and fantastic service!

Terrible cardboard pizza with awful sauce. The brand needs a revamp. Great people working there, but just a terrible product.

This is the worst ever! Online order. 20 minutes. Get there pay 30 minutes. Your 5th in line. 30 minutes later. I know my food is sitting there. Nobody will come. This is the absolute worst. Pay with your credit card so you can dispute it.

There were only 2 girls working when I went in this afternoon and this place was SLAMMED. My order was a bit late, which is understandable. But in the time I was waiting on my pizzas these ladies helped multiple other customers and were banging put pizzas as fast as humanly possible.

Place is busy because they are new and we’ve been waiting soooo long for them to open. Pizzas have been great so far but tonight (11/16/21) was freaking awesome. I ordered thin crust “the works” and medium double pepperoni with extra cheese. Great job guys. Really appreciate you all opening and being a part of the community! Looking forward to many more pizzas in the future!!

This may be the best Papa John’s I have ever had. It was really good, fresh, and on time. The only downfall is there is absolutely NO parking at this location, I mean zero if you go anytime after 4pm or weekends because of the Mexican restaurant in the same location, that by the way is not even good.

That was the worse pizza ever. The cheese pieces were up against the crust with all the sauce and were not melted. I do not plan on ordering anything anytime soon. Also, since the drivers don’t get the $3.99 delivery fee, please justify why you felt it necessary to go up a dollar. Also, why have all the prices gone up at least a dollar?
