Customer service was horrible. Pizza tastes like frozen pizza at best. Greasy and soggy. Wings barely tastes like they are done. Asked for blue cheese. Got ranch. Totally horrible experience.

My order took 1 hour 45 minutes before it was delivered, not even delivered by a Papa Johns worker, but delivered by a door dash person, who complained about the tip. The order which was $90+ was cold of course (pizza and hot wings). When I called them to see where my order was the person said they was not sure where the delivery person was, which didn’t make sense to me and of course the tracker app did not work. I hated that I spent that kind of money for cold pizza and cold wings and it was like rubber but of course we had to put lots of garlic on it and eat it anyway cause that what we had. I also tried to call the store after the order arrived and no one answered my call (they didn’t want to hear my complaint) so i am adding it here.

I usually do pickup, and service is always great. The people are friendly and fast, and it’s always a pleasant experience. But, their delivery service is lacking. Wait times have been WELL over estimated time, and my last order was never delivered, but they showed it as delivered when I called. No one was rude, and the manager refunded my money, but, the reason it upset me, is because I was having car trouble and very low on groceries. So, it was very inconvenient and disappointing. Overall great store, but please work on your delivery service.

The people were nice, pizza was fine and ready quick. But when I went inside to pick it up at the exit of the oven on the floor it was covered in pizzas that fell out, cheese, sauce, and trays literally crusted onto the ground. There were like 9 people working someone could have definitely taken the time to clean that. Absolutely disgusting
