If you’re lucky enough to get a Papa John’s driver, your pizza will arrive on time, hot, and fresh. Door dash drivers, forget about it. We order a lot of Papa John’s Pizza. Enough to where our usual driver insists we need to create an account. We do tip well so as our regular drivers will remember our address, I worked at a different location in the past so I know they do. Door dash probably doesn’t care. More focused on quantity I assume. I’ve actually received a coupon, saying something went wrong with our delivery, before our pizza showed up. This time the tracking went from 8 to 7 to 6 to 31 mins. As you guessed….. Cold pizza. Again.

So I’ve been ordering from this location for years and I’m very disappointed! I ordered a papadia with chicken and Alfredo sauce and was brought one with chicken and spicy buffalo sauce (which I can’t eat). So I called and told them what happened and was told I could have a credit for a free one. So I asked if they could just send me the correct one. I was told that the cook would not remake my food because he did it right the first time. I even offered to send a picture or send this one back, but he said he wasn’t remaking it. Terrible customer service and extremely rude. I’ve had things made wrong before at other places and never been treated this way.

There is a girl that pretends to work here and she is extremely rude to customers. She doesn’t acknowledge people who have walked in and stood here for 10 minutes so far. I am appalled. I can’t believe she’s the one in charge of facing customers. No one else acknowledges anyone walking in either.

First time ordering from this location, and it was so disappointing, wait time said 30-40min. I waited over an hour and half, called the store, and they said they didn’t know where my pizza was, that the would send me a new one in 20min. That never happened, the first pizza arrived (2 hrs later, cold obviously), they didn’t even apologize. Never ordering papa johns again. Save your time and money! Order some place else

I usuallyLOVE Papa John’s, it’s my go-to pizza place. However tonight you guys have lostme. I ordered a pizza and waited over an hour, and the wait time said 39-45min. After 50 min I tracked the guy. Still 20 min away. I then called the store and told them. Insteadof saying sorry and giving me a pizza or coupon, they said “I will tell the driver to turn around, have a nice night”. Have a nice night? You have officiallylost a long-time customerover customer service. Your pizza is delicious but not worth putting up with rude workers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR DOMINOS! This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had! First our order was over 2 hours late. When it finally arrived we were missing items in our order. I Contacted Papa Johns and was put on hold 3 times. Finally talked to an employee named Lee who apologized about the mishap and told me they are short staffed and she is seeing to it that our missing items were getting ready to be delivered. Well, nothing ever showed up, so-called back and the employee working told me he didn’t know what I was talking about! I asked for Lee, and he told me she went home. Sooo… not only did we not get our missing food, but I was lied to on top off all that..and I am out my hard earned cash. I can understand delays and even being under staffed …but being LIED TO IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I am taking this to the district manager or higher!
