Took 1.5 hours to get pizza and after 2 hours still didn’t get my full order. Two young managers and young general manager didn’t know what to do or where the food went. They didn’t know how to refund my order. Now I have to call corporate and ask for help. This store has really gone downhill and in the words of the GM ” because of “covid” the new people haven’t received enough training.” Time to move on. Fail.

My issue isn’t with the place, it’s with this poor excuse for a new item. Here is a picture and a description of what it actually is which is nothing more than a small pizza cut in half and then folded over for you. Interesting that being, since most people fold their slices of pizza to eat them but they chose to eliminate a step in the eating process and in their minds only believe that they created an entirely new item

We order from here a few times a month. The pizza is consistent and we love it. Beyond that, tonight there was a mistake in the order (mostly on my end) and it was taken care of immediately. They sent out another pizza right away without any trouble. It was sooo appreciated! Customers forever

Whatever time they tell you your order is ready, add 30min. Then it will still be wrong or missing half of the cheese. Their online ordering is wrong half the time and they turn off their phones when they get even slightly busy. Plenty of better pizza with better customer service

Tonight for the third time I arrived at this store after placing a phone order to find they had no record of my order. I spoke directly with the store to place the order, confirmed the location, and they were still unable to get order recorded correctly. To make matters worse I spoke with the manager Madison and she couldn’t have cared less. I told her that I was planning to file a complaint and she hung up the phone. It doesn’t get any more unprofessional than that and that also explains why this store struggles to get orders correct. Take some advise don’t order from this store.

Ordered pizza from them today. We live 8 minutes from them by car. The order says took them 10 minutes to make our pizza. Got that. The receipt says it took the driver 40 minutes to deliver to our doorstop. But our pizza arrived cold. Not warm. Cold. I like my pizza HOT! Now, I could consider the driver making stops and drop offs along the way and we would be the last drop off. But, why would our pizza be cold? Don’t they keep pizza in warmers? We called to complain and we got all sorts of excuses. Not an apology. Not an offer of refund. We had to demand our refund. Oh wait – they offered a large pizza next time we order. Guess what? We’re not ordering from them again. I recommend that others don’t order from them again. This is the third time and last time we have had to re-heat the pizza in the oven from Papa Johns. Guess they don’t need our dollars bad enough to care.

Told about an hour for delivery but it took a little over 80 minutes. Pizza had clearly sat under a heat lamp for most of that time. It arrived to us cold. I’m editing because manager did refund us the pizza price.

Excellent pizza but I got there at 9:45 and they said that I couldn’t do carry out. I told them I’m already here just take my order but they said that they had to deliver it so I was forced to pay the delivery fee.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would I’m serious. We ordered two pizzas at 6 PM for what we thought was delivery. An hour later we called asking where our pizza was, but we had accidentally ordered carry out. So we asked if we could change it to delivery and pay the additional fee, however we asked for a fresh one to be made. At first a female employee declined our request and was incredibly rude but did eventually put in a new order for us. Another hour later we received a call from a male employee saying “we don’t deliver to your address, we canceled your order” and he hung up. We have ordered delivery by them before so we were shocked that they don’t deliver, but we were angered at the fact that he hung up on us and didn’t even try to fix the situation for us. We had to call him back to find out who we can order from now, to which he replied, “I’m not a cartographer”. Never going to them again.
