I tried the new Doritos Cool Ranch Chicken Papadia. Very saucy, but good flavor. It would have been even better with a little bacon. I really liked the ranch. I think I’d like it even better as a dipping sauce to my pizza. They should keep the ranch as a side.

We ordered delivery and waited an hour and fifteen minutes after the estimated delivery time just to be told our pizza was delivered to the wrong place. When we called to check on the status after 45 minutes past the estimated time, they said the driver was on his way and they had no way to contact him or let us know how far away he was from us. They said we should expect a refund in 1 to 5 business days.

Ordered the special pickup deal, came to the drive thru and I said “pickup for X” I didn’t have a great experience because normally I’m greeted with a smile and hello but this time it felt like ‘okay here’s your food now leave’ the staff didn’t say a single word to me even though left a normal pre-tip on the app.

Pizza was burned and garlic knots had an open garlic sauce that saturated the box. Called the store and spoke with the manager this evening. Manager was beyond condescending. Asked to have another pizza delivered. Manager stated that the pizza was sourced out to another store and people liked their pizza burned. He also stated I must just be an angry person. I asked how long another pizza will take to arrive. His response was… I have a driver here and how long does it take for me to make a pizza and the driver to get it to you. He then hung up.

I ordered a Large Cheese pizza today (10/9/22) at 8:34 pm and I didn’t receive a notification that the pizza was out for delivery until 9:32 pm. When I got that notification it said 20-25 minutes for delivery.the pizza didn’t arrive until 10:02 pm, and we weren’t notified at our house via a knock or ring on our door bell. The pizza sat outside for ten minutes before we realized. I would go 1 star on this review but I am being generous with 2 stars as I realize there must have been a shortage of staff, new employees, low amount of drivers, etc. However I will leave it at this as why I’m dissatisfied and disappointed. Why in any world should it take an hour to prep a large cheese pizza…. More then likely will not be ordering from this store again.
