The pizza is normally good no problem there. But today when I chose to have my pizza delivered by uber eats I ordered a cheese w/ extra sauce. When I opens the box you could hardly see any cheese looked like they just dumped sauce all over my pizza. I was so mad I didn’t even take a pic, I got up put my clothes on and came straight here to ask them who sending out pizza like this and lo and behold the one who made it came to the door. Her face and apron said it all. I’m tired of these places hiring people which no sense of care or customer service. That’s so offensive!

I picked up my 2 pizzas went home to see one box of pizza had 3 slices missing and my other pizza cold and look like it was a old pizza that they made earlier that night …I went back and they apologized and said they gave me the wrong order which mind you it was exactly the order I ordered. I asked for new pizza and a full refund they would not .. I’m disgusted and will never support another Papa Johns !! Shaq would not approve of this kind of bs ..

I’ve been coming to this place for long time. But today is my last trip. I ordered a papadia 2 weeks ago and realized once at home that it barely had any meet in it. Since I’m very patient, i gave them another try today with the same result. I went back to the store to complain and this is the new pne they made for me. Still no meet. This people don’t have any regard. If i wanted just a flatbread, i won’t go to papajohns.

My order was never delivered, and when I called to inquire, I was offered to have a second order made and delivered. I then cancelled my order because I did not want to wait again, and the team member got an attitude and hung up the phone while I was still talking to him. I’ve been patient with them for years with their history of getting lost, delivering late, or missing items upon delivery. I’ve reached my limit now. This location needs to retrain their staff if they want my business. Until then, I’ll order from my local Domino’s, which I rarely have issue with.

Ok let me go by saying, I love papa johns. Would order more often if they were a little more productive. I used to do delivery but because my sauce, my drinks, my side orders were always misplaced I started to do carryout. Because there were so many errors I never could get credit for some of the mistakes. Tonight I ordered the buffalo chicken papadias….. well it came without the buffalo and sauce. Smh…. should have checked the box. this place could be making so much more.

This is the worst Papa Johns I ever ordered food from. I ordered my food 42 mins before I went to pick my food up. I was told over the phone it would take 15 to 20 minutes. They had more than enough time to get my food ready. When I got to the store, the lady acted as if she couldn’t find my food. So I walked backed to the car called the store and the lady that answered the phone told me my food was ready. So I got out of the car again went to the door and the lady now is saying my food is in the oven. When I got home my pizza was not cut in slices they just put the pizza in the box without cutting it in slices after I waited over a hour for the pizza. Their customer service and work ethics was terrible. I will never go back to this Papa Johns again. If I could give them a negative 10 I would.
