I’ve ordered from this location several times and it’s always a lengthy delivery time. My order showed as being delivered for almost 45 mins. It was delivered by a grub hub driver, which isn’t a problem but the problem is the pizza was cold by the time it made it to me.

There’s usually more than just a hint of meat on pizzas that I’ve gotten in the past. This is not this locations best work. Really, it shouldn’t have left the cutting table. I’m normally impressed with crust and how far the sauce and cheese are pulled to the edge. Theres not much flavor to this pizza, bland even.

We frequently order from this location. Tonight we had a delivery order only to open our box to a raw pizza. We called the store and instead of them offering to deliver another one they told us we had to come pick up a new one. Won’t be ordering delivery from here again and maybe not at all.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Ordered delivery for me and my friend and the pizza came like this. All of the cheese was melted off of one side of the pizza, probably due to sloppy carrying. Secondly, I work at a restaurant. They teach us portion control. When someone asks for “extra cheese”… we give them a pinch more…. NOT 2 POUNDS!!!!! Very unhappy with this delivery. Will not do this again.

The pizza here is really good. The price is noticeably higher compared to the other pizza chains in town, but the pick-up special is a good deal. The staff and delivery driver are not that outgoing, but made sure my delivery address was correct and called me ahead of time. Overall, I am satisfied with this location’s food & service.

I asked for no onions. I got a lot of onions. When I called back to ask for a replacement they sent another out within an hour. Only the replacement papa bowl had long HAIRS in it! Not just one Horribly disgusting hair but several!! Horrible I will never eat there again. They blamed the order being wrong to a ordering service they are now using. They don’t even take phone orders in the store anymore.

I have, most unfortunately, had some bad luck here recently. I’ve ordered from this location for the past 5 years. Before the last few months I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The last few months have been a different story. My order from Dec 3rd arrived with the pizzas obviously being dropped. My very next order on Dec 18 they delivered someone else’s pizza to me. On both occasions they did offer a credit or to remake the orders, which i appreciate. However, I would prefer to just receive it correctly the fist time. I have also noticed a dramatic uptick in delivery times. I don’t know if it’s a demand issue or staffing. Average orders were 45 minutes to an hour. They are now consistently 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 45 minutes. I hope they can turn things around. Papa Johns is my favorite for fast food pizza devilry.

It’s a small carryout or delivery only place without dine in option, but they’re extremely friendly and go out of their way, even if it means staying open a little late, to make sure their customers are happy and that’s what makes a place REALLY stand out and this particular Papa John’s Great !
