We had some delivery issues that could’ve turned this review sour, but the response from the staff and delivery driver was absolutely immaculate, so no matter what, they deserve 5 stars, period. Don’t order from this location. I placed an order at 430pm for a 7pm delivery. I called to check on the order at 730 when it didn’t show, but they kept putting me on hold. At 8pm, I tried to cancel my order, but they kept putting me on hold when I called. After 8 attempts, I finally was able to interrupt the employee before they put me on hold again. I’ve ordered from this location for 4 years. No problems until recently (Dec 2021), and it seems many other folks are experiencing the same (don’t take my word for it- sort the reviews by “newest” and see). Goodbye Papa John’s. The punchline: They texted me asking if I was canceling the order (I was firm with the employee on the phone, using the words “cancel” and “refund”). Evidently, another driver took my order. Bravo.

TERRIBLE manager. I was put on hold for 20 mins. Called back twice and was hung up on twice. They obviously have caller I’d because when I asked to cancel my order he knew my name and order. The manager literally said he didn’t know I was on hold for 20 mins once I finally got someone 4 calls later. Not knowing your customers are left on hold is incredibly ridiculous, and hanging up on them just adds insult ton injury. Regardless of your busy pick up the phone and give the customer na update otherwise they feel forgotten… and sadly in this case the customer was forgotten.
