Pizza was ok, but was super confused why 4 pieces were missing pretty much all of the toppings. Half pizza was mushroom and pepperoni, the other half chicken, tomatoes and green peppers. Only two slices of each half had all the toppings. Come on, how hard is this, how nobody would notice that almost half of the pizza is being put in the oven with non-existing toppings?

Ordered a pizza today 5/10/23 and when it was delivered no one knocked on the door to notify that the pizza was here. I ignored that issue as it was a simple inconvenience. However, when I opened the pizza it was the wrong pizza, I looked at the order sticker on the box and it had a different name with a different address than mine. I figured this was a simple mistake by the driver and tried calling to get the issue fixed. I called the location which we ordered from (north druid hills) and as I’m writing this review it’s been over 30 minutes without an answer, we even tried calling from another phone to see if maybe the other phone would get a faster response, we were completely wrong as that phone line is also on hold. We now have cold pizza that isn’t what we ordered and no one to answer to fix the issue. This will be the last time we ever order from this location and possibly even Papa John’s due to such a miserable and horrible experience! The food quality may have been good but no way of knowing since we didn’t get our food. Management needs to look at this store and provide corrective action to prevent these issues from happening. Would give zero stars but the Google review only allows one star as the lowest rating. (Update) after over 45 minutes without a response from the phone call we decided to go to the store to see if we could get the issue resolved. We get up front and explain the issue we had. In the background we heard ongoing ringing from the phone but no one answering calls. They put in our order to be made again and offered a refund of the original amount paid. Given they are making us a new order and refunded our payment, I believe giving the one star review is reasonable. Now, close to two hours since we originally put in our order online, we are finally receiving our original order.

This is a pretty good Papa John’s. It is located off of North Druid Hills Road. They are usually pretty fast and efficient. I usually order through their app a couple of times a month. The only issue I occasionally notice with this location is they they are extremely understaffed at night. I work second shifts and sometimes when I get off work late at night I will order a pizza while I am leaving work and pick it on my way home. The time that the app gives me when my pizza would be ready can greatly be different from how long it takes for the order to be ready. When this happens it is usually because there is one person on location running the front and making the orders by themself causing delays on getting orders completed.

I got them today and it was dough heavy on the sides where stuffed crust was (shouldn’t be that thick!) and the toppings… Barely any used. I ordered spicy sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, and olives. It was so sparce that it was like they were trying to save money…

The pizza is ok, it’s the delivery that’s awful. For the second consecutive time, my pizza was delivered with no notification. I ask for door delivery so I can get my pizza directly from the driver. And again, this didn’t happen. My pizza was left outside with no knock at the door or any way of notifying me that it has arrived. I even leave instructions for the driver that are clearly not heeded. The first time this happened, I spoke with the manager and received a credit. This is the second time even after going through that. Unless you like your pizza sitting outside, do not pre-pay your tip or don’t order delivery at all…which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering from Papa John’s.

I literally have never had to give a bad review for any papa johns as low as I have at this very moment. They have an excuse for every complaint you bring their way. The staff is very nonchalant, don’t realize that customers are the reason they have a paycheck. Long story short I ordered food for someone, they never received it but they said the order was delivered. When I arrived (maybe 20mins on hold the whole time) they basically thought I was coming from my home to deliver what they were supposed to deliver to someone else. I am not on payroll nor does my trip/efforts cover my premium ride there and back.
