I placed my order online and it didn’t give me an option to pay, so I called the restaurant, and the only thing they said was “Papa John’s hold” and I stayed on hold for seven minutes and nobody came to the phone, so I called back and got the same response. First of all, the proper customer service phone etiquette is to ask someone if you can place them on hold, not just answer the phone and immediately do it. At that point, might as well not even answer the phone call.

it was my first time eating at Papa John’s for a nice family dinner but it did not go as expected…. I called and asked for delivery and I gave the guy the exact address but they ended up giving the order to my neighbor who lives three houses down from me. I ordered a second pizza and they took a long time to arrive… they delivered the pizza at 11:34 and it was very disappointing because HALF of my family were leaving by the time they came

Delivery took 30 mins longer than what was estimated. Driver rode past my road and drove 30 mins out so of course when my food arrives, it’s cold and BURNT. Do not order the Papa Bites, just unflavored burnt dough bread with hardly any toppings. What a waste.
