Great service from the time I called until the time it was delivered. Tried calling Domino’s. It was a disaster. Called Papa John’s and 30 minutes later I was eating hot wings and pizza. I will definitely call them next time. I want pizza I highly recommend them. Don’t waste your money at dominoes. Get the better ingredients better pizza Papa John’s.

Great staff and the food is DELICIOUS AND FRESH!! Papa John in York, SC is my most favorite place to eat. Food is always on time that they say and it’s always DELICIOUS!! Staff has been great every time I go to. I am a frequent customer to them.

Barely edible. New York style pepperoni, add pineapple. The bottom of the pizza was burned, there were very skimpy with the pepperoni, and piled the pineapple in the middle. Definitely don’t go to the York location.

We ordered pizza from here last night as we do every week to two weeks and once again only half of my order was delivered. You’d think if you spent nearly $70 on food and a tip they would make sure you got everything you ordered. How do you forget two large pizzas and a dessert? Not to mention I paid for extra cheese and there was barely any on there and all 3 pizzas were burned and hard. I started ordering here because the other 2 pizza places in York are terrible and papa johns was pretty good. They’ve gone downhill rather quickly!

Pizza was over cooked. Crust was so hard it couldn’t be eaten. Pizza was very dry, very little sauce and skimpy on the chicken. Some slices had no chicken at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

They seem like they play a lot very unprofessional call and they just hold the phone in their hand. I order delivery they changed it to carry out and didn’t even notify me. Sent my son to pick it up he waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I hadn’t ordered there in a while I guess I forgot about the time they delivered my pizza and the tab was broken off of one of the boxes save yourself a headache eat somewhere else

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I ordered my food 2 1/2 hours ago… We had to call to get any information on our order status. Then the delivery guy gets lost, and when he finally gets here (after we gave him directions twice over the phone) he hands me the wrong order….. You guys had one job! To top it all off, I had to microwave my food because it was cold. Yummy. In the future, if you are running behind call the customer and see if they are willing and able to pick up the order. I would do that instead of getting my pizza cold and 2 hours later.

Manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional. You certainly don’t want to order from this location. They tell you it will be a certain time and you will be waiting over 2 hours. When you call the manager she is completely rude and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not go back

Young female with the bright blue hair….HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After son in law called about missing items she refused to listen stating that she boxed the order and everything was there. She told him so dont try to play me then hung up on him. We went to the store asked to speak to the female manager she refused to speak with us said we were liars and she didnt care then said that my son in law cursed her out which he did not he doesn’t curse girl has no business working in customer service
