These disgusting over baked garlic parmesan bread sticks made me loose my hunger as soon as I saw them there was obviously no garlic or parmesan on them unless it burned off ugh these were terrible I couldn’t stand looking at them because it turned my stomach just looking at them I just moved here from Arizona and when I found a papa John’s I got so excited so I ordered a pizza and garlic parmesan bread sticks less than satisfactory I of course ate the pizza but I really wanted the garlic parmesan bread sticks so my experience was so terrible I will never order from that papa John’s again my mom was much more forgiving than I was as she ate one and said I thought these were garlic parmesan bread sticks I said that’s what I ordered but that’s not what we got

This is the Clover store located on 321 in SC. Their food is decent enough for fast food pizza however I gave them only 2 stars because obviously at least one maybe the only problem here is management. I’ve been going here for several months now and they have absolutely no menus in the store. No menus to hand out, no menus to look over in the store and no menus over the counter where most fast food menus are. The employees said an ex employee stole the store menu, the one over the counter. That’s right, you read it right. And so far whatever manager is in charge of this location has done nothing as far as the employees say. I’m not talking about the store manager but the regional manager. This is the manager that should be able to get something done. But the way fast food is going it’s really not surprising. So know before you go.

My husband and I are picky pizza eaters and sad to say he prefers Papa John’s IF we get pizza anymore. I should have learned my lesson 3 orders ago. EVERY SINGLE TIME something is missing from our order and every single time I call and I have to wait for whatever it is that is missing because they don’t have drivers. Well today I flagged down our doordash driver and he said he didn’t have our 2 liters of Pepsi. I asked him if he gets an order list and he said no. I called and spoke to the manager who “understands my frustration” and blamed the doordash driver. He said they are to grab it. What a joke. We will NEVER order from them again. Ordered online and the quality was terrible AND it took way longer than it said it would to get there. Then I get an email saying they apologize for the quality of service and I had a 50% off coupon for the next order. This is the ONLY reason we decided to order again. Places the order and it showed NO discount so 63$ later My husband called the store and asked for a manager. All they said was there’s nothing they can do! I WILL NEVER order from here again

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese for pick up with clean cuts. There were only 2 pieces of cheese the rest had pepperoni. So they took it back and made a new one. It looked great but didn’t have stuffed crust. They let us keep this one and made us a third pizza. Okay third time is the charm right. It was correct but the pizza was full of oil. I compared 2 and 3. It was oiled extra.The box was really oily.
