I called to place a delivery order for 2 large pizzas. I called Fairview Rd location and I had no problems making my order. She took my order p we the phone as well as my payment method with no problem. She told me that my pizza would be delivered shortly. We ended the call. About 30 minutes later I received a phone call from papa Johns. The lady said that she canceled my order and cannot be delivered to my address. She told me that I can get a refund. I told her that I didn’t want a refund because I have been getting my deliveries prior to today with no problem. So I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I thought that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I called papa John back and she picked up the phone again and she didn’t even apologize. She would not let me know her name. So I asked to speak to her manager. She didn’t apologize or try to help me get my food. I think her name was Bree. Then since I couldn’t get my issues resolved with her I spoke with Jasmine. She wasn’t very helpful and very rude. Customer service was completely awful. I got hung up on. And I never even got my food. Buyers beware.

If I could give less than one star I would. While I was visiting with my niece and her family in Simpsonville, we decided to get pizza from the Papa Johns not far from their house. We ordered 3 pizzas. This isn’t the first time we have ordered from Papa Johns, but it will be the last time ordering from here. There was a fly cooked in the meat lovers pizza. This is just nasty, and when all 3 pizzas were returned the manager acted like she didn’t even care. Pizzas returned, money given back. BE SURE TO LOOK at your pizzas from this place, you just may have an extra ingredient cooked in your pizza, a dead fly.

I realize it’s not 1999 and I shouldn’t be placing a call in order, but I was driving and had choice. I usually order online and have never had any issues. Apparently Papa John’s outsources incoming calls to a call center in God knows where. Order was wrong, no apology from staff. I hope this is a corporate store and not owned by a franchisee. If so, bless their heart. I could air my grievances further, but I don’t think it will do any good other than make me feel slightly better.

I am not trying to be a Karen! But the worst thing in the food industry is when you order something and you get something completely different of what you order or you don’t get your money worth it, well I decided to give papa John’s a try with their new epic stuffed crust cheese pizza long story short I got there I grab my pizza on the drive thru and I proceed to leave, Fortunately enough I decided to eat a slice before heading out and I noticed there was not cheese on the crust, I call papa John’s back and I explain my situation the gentleman that pick up the phone was really courteous and advise me he could remake another pizza but it would take more than 30 minutes, I was ok with that, at the end of the day I got what I Pay for.

Papa Johns’s Pizza is popping again the reason I say this is because when covid hit in 2021 PJ we’re rashing their toppings due to inflation and the lack of shipments but now it’s like I have my besties back!!! Found a hair 6-8 inches in length, in a slice with pepperoni. Called the store and apparently the manager didn’t know how to handle the call and put me on hold to consult with other managers. I was offered a free pizza, but I personally don’t care about free pizza, I was more concerned about identifying who’s hair it was and documenting the incident, just in case that worker has some illness that can be transferred via DNA ingestion. Manager was clueless, they have no way of documenting this type of incident, I offered him the hair so that he can identify who it belongs to, and off course the manager was not interested in identifying the worker…came up with a lot of excuses, I have to give him credit for making up excuses tho. He was really good at making excuses.
