This location unfortunately cannot keep up with its orders. When you promise a pizza will be ready in 30 minutes and you show up to the store after that time has passed, you don’t expect to be told it will be at least another 30 minutes because they have not even started on your pizza. I guess it is just as well after you see the high school kids not using gloves and drinking their sodas while prepping the food. There were no adults supervising the evening shift.

This is THE WORST Papa Johns I have ever dealt with. Placed an order last Friday 4/7 and never received it. Was told they used DoorDash (which I was unaware of) and the delivery person stole my order which they have been doing to them (why use them). I was advised a refund was issued that day because it was too late to remake the order. Tuesday nothing in my account so I filed a complaint and was told to call store to speak with manager. Manager on Tuesday assured me I would receive my refund the next day no later than Thursday. Here it is a week later and no refund. I called the store and spoke to another manager and was told there was an issue with their system issuing the refund and I have to wait ANOTHER so called 3 days. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I will never order from this location again and possibly EVER again from what used to be my favorite pizza place!

I placed a call in order and arrived at the pickup time and was told the pizzas were not ready yet. Later the employees told me that they lost one of my pizzas and were remaking it. After that pizza was remade I was told my other two were lost. No compensation. Manager was less than helpful and was rude throughout the whole 1 1/2 hour process.

This location is ALWAYS slow. App says pizza ready, arrive 5min later and Still wait ‘for your last pizza to get out.’ What??!!!!!!

I have placed an order three times and was given a delivery time, each time the delivery time passes and no pizza!! I call and they tell me it will be another hour or two!! I’ve never encountered anything like this before!!! The manager did not seem to care when we complained! I have no idea how they will stay in business!

Seems as it’s just kids running the place with no management. Pizzas and food was piling up on the ovens end. No one as really there to take the food off the conveyer and box up the food. With that being said, I watched as our pizza was being pushed w other pizzas and getting destroyed. I asked for a remake and kid grabbed it took it away and disappeared for 5 mins and handed it back, it was just repaired and gave back to me. Very very poor! And then give me a free cheese stick coupon? Come on, I will never order from this location no matter how starved we are. Get it together

Set a delay order 3 hours in advance for 9:45pm. Called the store once it was 20 minutes late, and they said it would be another 20 minutes. The food did not arrive until 11:00pm. Will never order from this location again. Wish I was still in the delivery area of the HWY 14 papa johns

This is the second time our food has said it’s ready and it’s not. We were also missing things the last order but didn’t want to go back out. Personally, I rather go to the other papa John’s in Simpsonville since we never had issues with them.
