Everytime I order a pizza from this store it magically just evaporates Into thin air. My order never goes to the store. I never get an email saying the store got my order. I have to go in and complain and then get a call from headquarters who just talks in circles. I used to like papa johns but my last two experiences has made me dislike them and now I have to drive out when I crave them.

I ordered a pizza last night and paid online. I did not leave a tip because I was going to tip in cash. The young guy arrived at the door with my pizza, credit card slip and a pen. I told him that I paid online and asked why he was giving me a pen and the slip. He said “so you can leave a tip”. Wow! How rude can you get? I laughed as I wrote $2. If he hadn’t been pushy, he would have gotten a higher cash tip. No one should feel obligated to tip.

Ordered my food 2 hours ago. You are 6 minutes from my house. You sent the driver to an address 30 minutes from me.. Still no food and I tried calling the store and the phones are off. What a way to do business. You have delivered to me close to 50 times in the last 7 years. If we weren’t sick we would have driven up there. I expect a full refund on my credit card if anyone will ever call.

Long hair baked into the papadia I just ordered and picked up. Called the store to inform and get a refund, the manager truly did not to care AT ALL! Everyone working in the store was carefree and not wearing proper hair nets or gloves. Never again!
