I will spare you all the details of what happened and concentrate on the management, or should I say lack of. An issue happened with our order and Papa John’s was handling three resolution of the issue satisfactorily until I spoke with an older female employee, which I assume was the manager from the way she interjected herself into my conversation with another employee. This lady believes”managing” means to pass blame to others instead of handling the situation and finding out why it happened and correcting the main issue. As a local, there are way too many other pizza options at our fingertips.

Sounds like most of the bad reviews were about a delivery driver from 2 years ago. I picked my order up, one of the new parmesan papadilas and it was so good! You can’t eat that cheap at McDonalds, and it was as good as any pizza. Very pleased with the place and the order. I placed the order online but paid at pickup.

Although pizzas were not well done as requested, four large pizzas were cooked and ready for pickup within 30 minutes of ordering. Pizzas were hot and the young lady at the front counter was pleasant.

I got delivery today and two pizzas was almost 50$ the delivery driver said he had no change. I said you don’t have change for just a 20 or any change like at all? And they said sorry no I don’t have any cash on me. So they got a 14$ tip that I didn’t plan on having to give when it took them over an hour to deliver it cold to me. Won’t be ordering here again.

Do NOT tip over the phone or through the app. Wait UNTIL they deliver your food! I put special instructions “please include crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese packets” on the app order. In addition, my wife called the store and asked a staff member named Lynn (name she gave us) to include the packets and a few extra peppercini. Delivery guy shows up without the red pepper and cheese packets and there was only one peppercini per box.

AWFUL, this is the third time they sell me overpriced BBQ Wings WITH NO BBQ SAUCE!! That’s when they actually have any wings to begin with! The papadias are always burned too, I just stopped buying them, and I will stop buying their wings too, this is insane!

This location was the worst delivery pizza experience I have ever had hands down. Since most places are short staffed we expected a longer wait on a Friday evening. However, we did not expect to have our order outsourced to doordash that got lost and when we contacted the store to find out where our order was we were told we would have to call door dash. I explained I didn’t order through door dash and that they needed to make this right since they entered it into the doordash system. The manager said he would have his delivery driver bring our order to us right after it was remade. At almost two hours since our initial order we received our pizza but not our drinks. Called the store again and another store associate said there were no drinks on my order. I was looking right at my online receipt and walked through it with her. She then put another manager on the line that informed me that once the driver got back they could send the drinks back out. I asked if they can just refund the drinks and was told they can’t do that but they can give store credit. Not being from the area that wouldn’t do me any good. The manager put me on hold to ask the general manager about a refund and she came back on the line and told me I should have a refund within 3 business days that they were voiding my transaction and it should reverse on my card. I have followed up with the manager 3 times over 10 days and still no refund. Called customer service at corporate and now have to wait another 2 days before it can be escalated any further. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
