This location’s product just continually gets more and more disappointing, especially if you order delivery. If you pick up, it’s usually okay. The staff is always very friendly. I will include a couple pics from my last delivery order. I didn’t take pics of the burnt cheesesticks. Super thin interior crust that burns, extra thick raw dough with barely any cheese in a “stuffed crust” pizza. Without going into a full essay, there is no quality control at this restaurant.

Ordered carryout around 5pm Friday night, and honestly this was the most disappointing pizza I’ve ever had! I usually love Papa John’s for their original tasting sauce combined with their fresh toppings, but there was hardly ANY sauce on either pizza we ordered which totally messed up the flavor combination with the toppings! Also, ordered the jalapeno poppers which were advertised as being made with cream cheese and again, hardly any cream cheese at all. We spent $42 on dry, bitter-tasting pizza and jalapeno poppers. Such a disappointment. Will not be back.

I had a pleasant experience yesterday as I called the store to place an order. I called for my sister which she is Gluten Intolerant, to order one of the gluten free pizzas. I’ve ordered these pizzas before for my sister and she hasn’t had too much of a problem. But this particular time I called and asked if they could clean there station and use new utensils and the manager who spoke to me was absolutely helpful regarding how it’s packaged and made. Pizzas were great and service was good. I’m happy to give a 5 star 🙂

Visited here after the terrible food I paid for at Buffalo Wild Wings and couldn’t eat. Pizza was delicious,hot, and fresh. Customer service was awesome. Papa John’s saved the day!

When I began to read some of the other reviews I was kind of taken aback but my experience was completely different. The day that I made my order there was a tornado warning, my kids had just gotten out of school early due to the storm, and I was stuck at home working remotely. I made my order and maybe 20 to 30 minutes later which was the exact time I was quoted my pizza had arrived warm in perfect condition and not only this, the driver had an amazing attitude coming out in that whether. I’m not sure what his name was but I’m pretty sure he was driving a pickup truck and I’d just like you to know that your customer service is greatly appreciated.
