Service was horrible. I got the wrong item on my delivery and management is horrible. I called about receiving the wrong item and the Manger (Tyrone) kept hanging the phone up in my face. This location need to be shutdown. It has now been a week and still have not received my refund. It seems like the workers are busy playing instead of working. Very disappointed.

The order I placed (through the Papa John’s app) was supposed to include a 2-liter soda (which was one of the main reasons for placing an order) but the person who delivered it said they did not receive it. I called the store and told them the situation and was told they would talk to their manager and have a delivery person come out with it. I did not hear anything back and nobody showed up. I called back about 40 mins later to check and was told very rudely that it was not their problem that it was Doordash. When I was trying to ask if there was a way to contact Doordash regarding the issue (since I didn’t order through them and had no way to do anything via their app), the female employee hung up on me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL. I placed an online order for delivery at 8:06 pm and didn’t received my food until 10:10 pm. The food had to be warmed up in the microwave although we were just getting it then the guy who delivered it was NOT a Papa John’s worker when I ordered directly thru the Papa John’s website so I was a bit confused. Along with missing some of my items.
