WORST customer service! My husband who works night shift ordered a pizza for delivery to his place of work. He ordered online, the wait was a bit longer than expected but showed that it was processing and his pizza was being prepared. An hour later, he misses two calls from Papa John’s. He calls them back less than two minutes later, for them to say because they don’t have enough delivery drivers and he didn’t answer their call, they cancelled his order and hung up on him. When he called back, he asked to speak with a manager (ironically the same person who hung up on him) he tried to explain his frustration with the lack of communication and the fact that because he is night shift and they waited so long to call him, that he now had no other options for dinner. He was told by the manager that “it sounds like a personal problem”. The manager hung up on him a second time. I find that appalling coming from someone in who claims they are of a management position regardless of establishment.

Whatever happened to picking up the phone, order a pizza and pick it up or have it delivered. When I order a pizza here in America, I expect to speak to an American or at least someone who actually works at the store! Absolutely a screw up mess! Frustrating to say the least. Also, I sure don’t want to smell pot in the drive-thru while waiting to pick up the pizza.

I was the only customer picking up two pizzas at approximately 10:30 at night. The dining room was closed. I knocked on the door multiple times, finally someone looked up from cutting bread sticks and pointed to the takeout window. I walked over to the takeout window and waited for approximately five minutes in the rain while they were continuing to cut dough for bread sticks, they didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I left. This is the worst location I have ever used. I will not use them again. I placed an order at 634pm online and the payment went through but they have no record of the order. I called the store to find out what happened and the girl immediately placed me on hold before I could answer if it was ok to put me on hold. I am still on hold and it’s been over 30 minutes now. No one has picked the phone up again to ask if I’ve been helped. This is ridiculous!

Delivery was timely. They delivered warm drink, uncut pizza (but good), and no ranch. I tried to call to catch the driver but it took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. When finally speaking to someone I got ” if you really worried about a dollar I can credit your account” I’m not worried about a dollar. I’m worried about trying to find ranch after paying for delivery with tip. I understand not wanting to deliver ranch but in my book you fix your mistakes. Pretty sorry if you ask me. Dominos usually brings back what they leave out. ♀️
