I ordered half pepperoni and half the works. The pizza only had 3 pieces that had more than pepperoni on it. I talked to the manager and he was very rude. I called the main office and they said that they would call me back within 48 hrs. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a call. I will not be using Papa John’s anymore.

so this may sound like a complaint because I did have an error in my order. I use the app to get pizza delivered to my house when the pizza arrived. One of my pizzas were incorrect. The delivery driver just pulled out of my driveway when I called the store, they noticed that my order was wrong . He then told me they did not have another delivery driver, but he told me I could come pick it. When I arrived at the store, I figured he would give me the money back for that pizza. Or just let me keep one. I was very happy to notice they refunded my entire order. I know people make mistakes. I just wanted to say thank you for correcting the problem 🙂 your staff was very friendly and I appreciate what you did.

Never on time. Specify a pick up time an hour in advance. Come in, tell me it’s going to be 5 mins, 20 mins later they tell me they haven’t even put it in the oven.

Excellent service! We used PJ in Weaverville for Bus Driver Appreciation Week. The pizza was hot, fresh, and amazing! Everyone loved it! It was waiting and ready right when I arrived for pick up and they even helped me load it in my car! Great staff!!

1 star is way too generous. I ordered my pizza online and got it over 2. 1/2 hours later. Nobody would answer the phone to see if I could pick it up. Customer service kept putting me into voice mail. The delivery guy bad mouthed me when I asked what took so long. I will never ever order from them again. Oh by the way it was our anniversary and my husband was working late.. the worst experience ever. Don’t order from this place. You will be very sorry. And to top it off I got the wrong order.
