The only reason I am giving this two stars is because I thought that the delivery driver was cool and prompt. Now where it starts to go Awry is with The Food. I ordered the John’s Favorite, Which Apparently Means Extra Grease, and Enough salt in two slices to Equal your daily sodium content For An Entire Week!!! And on top of that my 14 $ pizza went up to 29$ because I ordered mushrooms onions and bell peppers on it. Guess what happened, No Onions No Mushrooms and No Bell peppers!!! That will probably be my last Time. Update April 2023 I thought that I would give them another chance because my new neighbor said he ordered some and it was good. So I call and I am ordering and got the crust figured out and the sauce figured out and I start adding toppings, so I am 10 minutes into this already and I say I want onions and bell peppers and she tells me we don’t have onions or bell peppers and I was like Thanks Anyway?! If a pizza place doesn’t have onions or bell peppers Why is it Still Open for Business?! Just lock the doors call it a day and Try Again Tomorrow?!?!

Average pizza expensive price their quality is declining, toppings are inconsistent and pizza is never cut correctly customer service is non existant. While waiting for pizza we had to listen to unedited rap music and horse play by the staff, totally not appropriate me and my family waited outside.

Good luck actually getting a pizza from these people. They close early whenever the mood strikes them. Drove 30 mins out of my way tonight to pick up a pizza I had ordered through the app and arrived to find them closed an hour early. Eventually received an email letting me know that they had cancelled my order… would have been nice to know that before I drove all this way.

Ordered our pizza and wings at 6:30. Called back an hour and a half later and the guy said it was delivered. No knock, no door ring. Pizza and wings were left on the patio table out in the cold. Cold pizza and wings… and it cost us $50. Never again will I tip prior to receiving my food.

Ordered online, said 30-40 mins. 40 mins later the driver is calling asking for our address…although papa johns delivers, my order somehow came from door dash. Gave directions, pizza comes and it’s not cut at all!

743 in the house … We always order online and get the best deals over any coupon. Our delivery time has been spot on for the most part. And if they’re running behind due to no drivers we have always gotten a call to let us know and they either comp us or give us a later time it will be here. Last nights pizza was DELICIOUS, everyone is snacking on it today. This is our “goto” pizza joint because they treat us good. HUGE kudos to the team for last night’s performance
