Ordered my pizza online at 5:22pm. Got to the store at 5:45 and was told my pizza wasn’t even in the oven. The time online said it would be done by 6:03. Waited until 6pm and they still had not even started cooking yet. Then was told would be at least 30 more minutes until it went in oven! Got my money back and went to Domino’s

Ordered for carry out. Expected time to pick up was 15 to 25 mins. When I arrived at 20 mins. person who was supposed to be making my food was walking back from store with snacks and drinks. I didn’t see her wash her hands before returning to work. And told me. “I haven’t got to yours yet I’m the only one making food. It’ll be another 15 mins.” Call corporate and no call back. And they no longer have hand tossed its all done with a pizza press.

Will change review depending on how this handled. We just received a pizza that is undercooked with the dough still being raw. Called the location and was greeted with proper customer service, was told I will have to call back because the manager is on break, depending on how we are treated, this review may be changed. So the Delivery driver decides to call my 15 yr old on the phone, to insist on, harass, and argue with my kid about her tip! Completely out of line and inappropriate! My daughter was so scared and visibly shaken upset. WTH is wrong with SOME delivery drivers.

Had a lazy pizza delivery guy today Sunday 16 March 2023. My wife had ordered a pizza for us while we were waiting my wife got a call from the pizza delivery guy saying that he had knocked but we didn’t answer so he put it on the porch which was a lie. My wife opened the front door to find the pizza sitting on the ground outside our porch. When she called out to the driver who still sitting outside our house the driver claimed our a porch door was locked. My wife told him no it wasn’t because she had made sure of it right after she ordered the pizza. This kinds of poor delivery needs to be fixed and quick. Oh and my wife still has the driver’s voice mail saved
