I ordered the papa Johns chicken Parmesan bites and a custom made pizza (small) today January 31st 2023. The papa bites were delicious but the pizza stuck to the bottom of the box and the toppings looked like they were just dumped on top. You can do better Papa Johns

Today May 4th 2023 10 AM. This experience was perfect. Very nice and good customer service. But I’m still going to keep it 2 stars for the horrible and awful experiences I had 2 months ago. I honestly only came back to redeem my rewards.

Square-cut barbecue is on-par with similar smaller pizza shops I’ve been to, and they’ve got big-brand specials on the app that are easy on your wallet. No complaints here!

We have had about 4-5 situations where we wait over 2 hours for a large pizza. It seems they have to call door dash for delivery help, so I understand when things are busy, but there is no way to communicate with the store. We will call and press 2 and then listen to the most obnoxious recording of a guy trying to upsell their items. We ordered delivery for a birthday party a few months back. The pizza order time was nearing a three hour wait time. We finally got through on the phone and we’re told we had to pick them up or we wouldn’t get them, they had no delivery driver. This location in particular makes it tough to continue to order from Papa Johns.

THE SERVICE HERE I DEPLORABLE. I placed an order online and immediately recognized it was to my previous address. I called the location and waited nearly 20 minutes for an answer. When he finally picked up I told him i needed to cancel the order. He said it’s already made, what am I supposed to do. He wouldn’t let me talk to state that I moved. He yells “this is why I don’t answer the phone” and hung up. I called back. After being hung up on twice and on hold for 30 minutes. He states he didn’t care that it was the wrong address the pizza was delivered and to take it up with DoorDash and my card company. He then states im banned from doing business with them again, as if I would anyway.

The manager in this location is too rude. I ordered pizza (uncut), along with cookie pie and orange crush. I got pizza cut, cookie pie missing and got Pepsiz when I called her, She used foul language. Never listened to me what I was telling and she was yelling on top of her voice. I thought she was some worker so called again to complain and found she was the manager. And she started to yell again when I politely asked is this the way you speak to the customer and she started to yell and used foul language. I would never suggest this place and I don’t know how papa John’s never step in to correct her. It looks like she behaves with everyone whether we go there to order and pick up or it’s delivery. Never go to this location.
