Great pizza on the original crust. The thin crust pizza was not good at all but the original crust was great. We got some Garlic/Parmesan chicken wings and that was the best wings I have had in quite some time. Definitely recommend.

I ordered delivery a day ahead of time for my son’s birthday party today, it was critical that it be delivered by 2:15. And when it was 5 minutes late I called and was told there were no delivery drivers. My husband had to rush over to pick it up and was not offered any reimbursement for their error. At the very least they could have called us to let us know we needed to pick it up. Then on top of that they mischarged us and included the delivery fee and and tip, despite us picking it up and will not refund our money. I do not recommend this location and will never order from them again.

I ordered my food to be delivered and door dash brought it to m not a papa John’s employee. That’s fine no complaints. Advised the driver that they forgot my soda they said to contact the store because they didn’t give it to him. The guy johnathan I think said a driver will be out to delivery to you. The driver showed up and delivered my soda. Idk about some of you all but for him that didn’t get paid for the delivery in the first place come back out and bring me my soda on a busy night? Respect in my eyes to them all. Shoot mistakes happen and they rectified it to the fullest. Shout out the papa John’s crew in pineville much appreciate it

Ordered a pizza from online using the cash option of THEIR website. I got a notification 10 before the ETA from THEIR website saying it was cancelled thinking it as a cash problem. I did a second order using card. Well the first order showed up so I called the store to cancel the second. Well it was my fault I didn’t call earlier cause THEIR website cancelled my order. Either way the pizza I got was so greasy. I could run my car off the oil in the box. Better ingredients. Better pizza. BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOMINOS.

Terrible service and I would rate it a 0 star if possible. I ordered from them using my points that I accumulated from spending about $100 or more there and also using a promo code they gave me for messing up my last order. The total came out to $0. I am assuming since it was $0 the delivery driver got mad and didn’t want to give me my food when he delivered it and refused to give it to me unless I gave him the amount that was already covered. The store was understaffed and my delivery order was never made. I went to the store right at closing time to see what the deal was and realized why, only one employee was there. Tony, the absolute man, ended up making my order right there and had it to me in 10 mins. Wasn’t his fault for the flood of orders one person simply couldn’t do. He showed great customer service and I commend him for taking care of me. He made my night.

First off, delivery driver is great. However, store service is not. They don’t pick up the phone. I placed my order online, and it doesn’t tell me the estimated time till after I put the order through. It says 119-129 minutes for my delivery! I couldn’t find a cancel button, so had to call the store. Good thing the estimate was way off and they delivered my order in reasonable time. However, they forgot to put the spinach I ordered.

Placed an order at 9:53pm they close at 11. Arrived to Papa John’s and was told my order was canceled re-ordered it a second time and Amber told me my order was canceled again and that they didn’t have wings and that they close in five minutes. Ordered 16 Piece wings at 11:45 pm was hoping I would enjoy great wings like other papa John’s location have before. But I’m now enjoying burnt wings that apparently was fried in old oil . Particules of old wings and other foods was attached to the wings. They where drizzled in Buffalo sauce after placed in the box instead of being tossed . I’m a chef at a very exclusive restaurant in Las Vegas Nevada and visiting my wife that just wanted to eat papa John’s wings after she been released from surgery. Please just treat your customers as if your serving your mother or most beloved person.
