I ordered through online delivery. Got my pizza and it was hard and crust had white all over it. I am 6 months pregnant and that was supposed to be my dinner. First time ever ordering from papa John. I ended up eating a bowl of cereal. They did say they sent out a replacement pizza, it never showed. I called back they was closed but sent my money back. I really wanted pizza.

Went to Papa John’s just for the dessert bc my cravings were outta this world! Was greeted by Q upon walking in and received my food quickly as it was actually ready on time. Really great experience. I’ll be back

Honestly it’s probably your best bet to just shut this location down I’m not sure if you can’t hire people or what it is but the slowness of the service at this location is disappointing. To be honest if I would have ordered from the location 5 minutes up the road from here my food would have been ready in less than 10 minutes unfortunately this location for a pickup order it’s 45 minutes plus and they’re absolutely slow

She literally opened the box and looked at this clear example of laziness.Then closed it and gave it to me like she didn’t see it. It’s 10pm and you’re open for 2 more hours with like 6 people in the building standing there….why? Just why? I should have of checked before I left I guess the answer will be

Would not recommend ordering from this location. Ordered NY Style Crust… It was thick like the regular crust and overcooked.

Bread sticks were undercooked, pizza had no flavoring and was also undercooked. They forgot the sides of cheese sauce I paid for. Overall a terrible experience. Would not order from this location again.

We ordered at this location, was supposed to get delivered at our building and didn’t ever show up. We called twice to then get the manager (a woman with a rude tone) who told us that they were short staffed and had to send it with a DoorDasher. They were going to remake the order and send. The manager asked us to give them the number affiliated with the order and we gave it to them. After then waiting over an hour and a half we called at 11:15pm to find out that they did not even have the cell number correct and blamed us for it. The manager had a horrendous attitude with us like it was affecting her directly. She said we couldn’t get our money back IN FULL which was almost 80 dollars and didn’t give us her name. She argued with us until we told her we would come up the next day and get the refund. No call, no warning. They just took the order back and didn’t even notify us. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We had a party going on and no food to feed our guests. If this is someone Papa Johns hires they should rethink their hiring process. We will never be buying from this location again. Very horrible experience. DO BETTER NEXT TIME 🙂

I ordered cheese sticks today 3/14/22 and they were like dried out bread VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I’m disappointed because this is not the first time this Papa John’s did my order like this . The first time I thought it was a mistake because they sent out another order that haven’t sat out as long I guess, but this time did it for me, my kids love the cheese sticks so I have been a very loyal customer but with this service I definitely will not be wasting anymore money with Papa John’s
