It’s been years since I’ve had papa John’s. Don’t really like their pizza. Tried them again. Same results. I gave 2 stars because the lady on the phone was nice and the delivery driver was cool but the pizza just isn’t worth the money. Paid for extra cheese. it was so thin you could see pizza sauce everywhere. . Never again.

This is my home store Papa John’s, but the last 2 times I’ve been extremely displeased. Normally I always have given a 5 star to this store; but this time it really bothers me that we ordered 4 medium 1 topping pizzas, and pretty sure this is not ok, that 3 pizzas that are good, and hot. Except the one in the picture I’m attaching to this review, small 1 topping but in a medium box. I’m done and extremely unhappy I believe this is worst then the time the driver only had 2 of our 5 pizzas ordered….

The service I received at the Papa John’s Pizza in question was unacceptable. Specifically, the behavior of the manager named Cam was particularly concerning. The team members seemed polite and accommodating, but unfortunately, the manager’s actions overshadowed their efforts.

We started using this place after our pizza place went down hill & we usually order delivery. The other day I went in for carry out & the staff was extremely cordial. Im glad I went in bc I got to see what a great group of hard working people work there. They are nice, polite, always prompt, & the food has been fresh everytime. I appreciated the small talk when I went in & we appreciate you guys❣️

I will add to the recent reviews, that lately it seems the quality has gone downhill.. They seem to have the same problem that Pizza Hut has.. they just refuse to properly cover a pizza, last time we ordered extra cheese, and we were quite disappointed.. Honestly it didn’t have enough cheese for a regular pizza not to mention one that is supposed to have extra cheese. That being said I order on the app, never have a problem with order being late, and the employees are always super nice welcoming. Just really need to work on the quality

The past 3 times I have ordered something had been wrong three below is supposed to be half “the meats” the other half (not 2 pieces) pepperoni and bacon , then when they tried to fix it they gave my food to doordash so I had to wait for the replacement after driving back and forth from Marshville then lady with DoorDash was rude when I told her I didn’t want it bc I didn’t order it just a bad experience
