Papa John’s did it again!! Great food. There was a little issue on their end. They didn’t have a delivery driver this particular time so I had to go get the pizza. No big deal. We were within 2 miles from them. The staff that was there was a little embarrassed and extremely apologetic for the inconvenience. She gave me a discount for the inconvenience, and in return, she got a good tip. It was a busy night for them. I hope people had sympathy for the staff that actually worked for us, the community. Thank you again! You know who you are.

I put one start because you can’t put 0. I ordered from this papa johns in kings mountain and did not receive all of my order. That happens sometimes, but I call their store for over an hour with no response and ha them deliberately hang up on me. I tried calling the one in Shelby and they so kindly helped me get in touch with them to rectify my order. I am very unhappy and disappointed with the papa johns in kings mountain, but very thankful for the wonderful workers at Shelby.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. i hate leaving bad reviews but we order from here all the time and normally it is pretty decent but after the experience we just had we will NEVER be eating at the Kings mountain papa johns ever again. very disappointed & made no effort to answer our phone calls or even offer to fix things.

This place, like every other restaurant is struggling with staffing. That said, they still do a great job. I feel bad for the red haired lady, seems like she’s in there all the time. But always has a smile on her face and makes sure to welcome me every time.

I ordered 5 pizzas and some wings for a get together and picked it up myself. The pizza crust was wrong as well as the wings not having buffalo sauce. The total was 101 and some change. I asked for a receipt and was told the printer was broken. When I checked my account later, I was charged 116 dollars. Obviously, I was charged a 15 percent tip that I didn’t intend to give for picking up my own pizza. Kinda hard to prove without a receipt. Makes you go, Hhhmmmm. Quite a coincidence. There’s no coincidence about me never going back to this clown show, ever again.

Stayed at a hotel and they delivered it they said it would take 30 minutes but it was no more than 10 minutes and the pizza was there and it was smoking hot delicious

I ordered a pizza tonight that never made it to my house. That’s a 40 something odd dollars plus tip that someone is eating off me. This order was placed at 10: 30pm tonight. Not to mention I’ve ordered here a few times b4 to where if the driver couldn’t find me they would call. That’s common just curtsey. U ask for a number that u don’t use. Nor did I get a text stating anything about my pizza update…. DOMINO’S WOULD NEVER!!!!!!! I’ll change my review when I have my order remade…

Just spent $40 on two Parmesan crust pizzas -one garden fresh and one pepperoni. We always order thin crust but this had no flavor -kind of like cardboard.. the toppings are minimal and the crust has no flavor much less cheese. This is probably the last PapaJohns I will order. Just not good!
