I have used this location for years and never had a problem. I placed an order through GrubHub and when the pizza arrived one of them were wrong. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He told me that he made the pizza himself and it was correct. The pizza was not cooked all the way through. It was not! He also told me there was nothing he could do because it was ordered through Grubhub. (huh) Then he hung up the phone. Customers always come first Mr. Manager. I was livid that he hung up and had an attitude. I called back and they didn’t answer the phone. I placed another order online because I needed to feed my grandkids because that is what they wanted. I waited until I paid for my pizza and then asked for the manager. He came up and I asked why he hung up on me instead of trying to make it right. He knew immediately who I was. He stood right there and told me that he informed his workers not to answer my call. He then said he didn’t hang up which he clearly did. The manager (Trent) was completely wrong and never offered to make the situation correct. You have indeed lost a customer because I will never order from this location again.

Inedible food dried out and old. I called to resolve the matter the general manager said she would give me 25% which isn’t close to what is spent. I will be contacting the bbb/cfpb to let them know how customer are being treated and food being served.

Tried the Shaq-a-roni pizza. Loads of pepperoni! Really good. I like how Papa John’s sends texts to let you track your pizza. It said it would be ready in 14-24 minutes. I think it was 15 minutes and they texted me it was ready for pickup. Impressive. Friendly cashier. I was in and out and on my way.

This place is a joke. Ordered a pizza and had it delivered. Opened the pizza and everything was off the pizza. It honestly look like the pizza was thrown in the vehicle or fell. Can’t believe this place actually provided this type of service. If I could of given zero stars I would have.

They messed up our order once again… Yes.. they have messed up our order THREE times now. I didn’t read the reviews until tonight… Take them seriously! They don’t check the pizzas going out for delivery. It has taken on average an hour to get the correct pizza (which they did for free) after I called within 5 minutes of receiving the order and also gave us a free pizza for next time. This location is the worst Papa John’s in all of Charlotte and surrounding areas. The pizza on the left was supposed to be half cheese and half chicken and pineapple… It came as whole sausage with half pepperoni.

Ordered pizza online and it told me 17-27min to pick up but pizza was ready in 7 minutes? Are they serious? And of course it wasn’t made properly way too much sauce and not enough cheese and I had 3 topping pizza. Spoke to manager and they offered me to bring pizza back (when im already home) and they will make me another one. Unacceptable service might never go back to this location.

I placed an order for a specific time. While I realize that traffic can be a bear near me I felt that it would be a guarantee of getting in time for a couple of kids that had to be somewhere after school. It ended up coming 45 minutes late to which I had to find a convenience store to get them something to eat along the way. I understand this happens but not when you schedule it a couple hours early. Also forgot my sauce for my garlic knots and for the second time I ordered extra peppers but didn’t get them. I paid for them but I didn’t get them. Doordash guy took off before my daughter could give him a tip. Even though I’m unhappy with the service I believe that people should still get paid. I don’t think they checked it before it left. Ok, I’ll give them 4 stars because the manager handled the situation very well despite me not being so nice. Pizza was delivered set on the porch and left without any notice in 40° weather I was about to call when I noticed them cold sitting on the porch. The manager corrected the issue without hesitation and the driver was courteous and friendly. They did right by a mistake not in their control. Back when the pandemic first started corporate Papa John’s contracted door dash at no cost to the customer except… Some Door dash drives (not all) are several fries short of a happy meal and set the meal down and leave without knocking or anything.

I saw a lot of recent bad reviews and almost didn’t order from here but I’m glad I did. I ordered online and was able to pick up within 20 minutes of placing my order. It was ready when I got there. The order was correct, warm, and delicious when I brought it home! Companies everywhere are struggling to find employees right now so I try to keep an open mind while being patient but everything went smoothly for me.
