I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this establishment, the gentleman who I’m assuming was the manager or shift leader was very helpful, I had an issue with a particular coupon, but he was so very accommodating in helping to get the situation taken care of, and the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! I really wish I had gotten his name since he was so friendly and helpful, but I would return there just because of the great service I received! $1.00 wings on weekends. Only sold as 8, 16 or 24.

The first order was consisted of a very doughy pizza and papadia. My second order was missing items that the delivery driver assured me would be redelivered and he never returned. That was the last time I ordered.

My husband completed an order for carry out and I went to pick it up at the drive thru window. I was told the price of the order was $35.51, gave the employee my card and she gave me my order. When she came back to give me my card, she did not provide me with a receipt. Something told me to check my account, I saw that the transaction was run for $39. I called to speak to a manager and informed her of the situation and there was nothing that could be done to fix the situation without me having to return to the location. I am highly disappointed b/c a tip was taken without my authorization and the employee did not even give me the opportunity to provide a tip if I wanted to.

What a disaster. Ordered pizza and drove 10+ miles round trip to get something I did not order. Called the 1800 number and told to expect follow up within 48 hours. Nothing. I get the feeling that they do not care. Papa Johns needs to take down their sign.
