I order pizza yesterday for dinner. I’ve been craving pizza all week. I was worried about ordering pizza from Papa John’s because, alot of their locations recently did not have good reviews. I was taking a big chance to come to this location while I was so hungry. I picked up the pizza myself to make sure there would be less problems/concerns with my order. The gentleman who took my order and cooked my pizza was polite. He gave me an estimate time of how long it would take. I order the Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust Pizza togo. The pepperoni-stuff crust part tasted good. But the pizza part that is not the crusted had a funny taste. I don’t know if Papa John’s changed their ingredients. I would give this location another chance and try to order something different. I haven’t had Papa John’s pizza in three years until now.

Ordered a pizza for delivery by phone at 5:38pm Tuesday Feb 28 with a delivery time of 30-45 mins. I called again at 630, recorded response stayted they were behind. Same message at 650. At 7pm reached live person who stated they never had an order for me. Ugh. Could’ve gone someplace else a long time ago. Shame on you Papa Johns.

I’m kinda disappointed on my order. I ordered the 2 large 2 topping pizza special today. oops sorry one pizza was extra large the other is large. The one with bacon and tomato and other one was pepperoni and sausage. The bacon with tomato have barely any two toppings. More like cheese pizza than bacon and tomato. The pepperoni and sausage was better. Good thing there crust taste better or else the pizza will not taste good at all.

Google won’t allow me to give 0 stars but I would if I could. I love Papa John’s. But this one does not deliver the Papa John’s pizza I know and love. The last 4 deliveries I have ordered over the last 6 months were not even equal to Little Caesar’s hot ‘n ready pizzas. Flat, hard, crunchy. Never ordering from here again.

Delivery took a little longer than the internet said. 07/18/21 approximately 6:50pm at Triangle RV Park. The delivery driver was the sweetest guy and first thing out of his mouth was sorry. Everything we ordered was there and still hot minus the thin crust pizza but come-on, it’s thin crust.

One star for effort. Our pizza arrived with the wrong toppings and cold. They offered to make us another one with the right toppings and after an hour, I’m still waiting for the correct pizza. They said the driver had an issue with our address. They had just delivered the wrong pizza, so they managed to find it the first time. The replacement pizza arrived over an hour later and cold. We’re not ordering from them again. The Pizza Hut down the road delivers hot pizzas with what you ordered, on time.

We called in 1 pizza order. 1 hour and 40 mins later, it is still not here. Manager was less than helpful, stating “the drivers are short today and they’re running a little behind.” We are about 5 min from the store and would have picked it up if we knew it was going to take so long. No one called to let us know. What shape do you think the pizza will be in when (or if) it gets here? I will NEVER order from this store again.!

Never order delivery here. We live 2 miles from this place. In the time it took for them to deliver our pizza, I could’ve grown the wheat and tomato from seed, deliver and raise both a cow and a pig, and cultivate a batch of yeast from mold. This was on a Thursday evening. We called and they told us a 2 hr delivery time is NORMAL. They don’t tell you it’s a 2 hour wait until after they charge your card and everything.

If you live in a location more complicated than a house with runway lights on the driveway, your delivery driver will give up and drop your pizza wherever they want. I live in an apartment complex, and so when the delivery driver called and asked where I was I gave two points of reference and even sent a Screenshot from Google maps with a pin on my building. The driver still gave up and left the order in front of a completely different apartment door.

Ordered last week from this location via Papa John’s app on android(used before at other locations) and put detailed information as to which hotel and room number a Long with physical address of my hotel. Did not receive food as indicated for the 21-35 minute time frame. At 45 minutes I called, was spoken to kind of rudely and told 5-10 more minutes. After 1 hour and 25 minutes my hotels front desk called me and told me they delivered pizza to the hotel next door, left food at door of incorrect persons room and walked away. Manager of hotel was nice enough to inform us of the lack of customer service of delivery driver. Then I gave store the chance to repair relationship between customer and business even with the inconvience of their poor actions, they did not care and was still talking to me like it was a problem for them to do their job. Store even said to corporate thay they apologized. Never received that phone call that was supposed to be made. So even though I know my little contribution won’t impact anything, maybe my story will help people know what kind of employees work at this store.
