They use door dash for delivery. Expected delivery was an hour after I ordered. OK, bet. After an hour the driver finally picked up the order. I live 5 minutes away, yet the driver picked up the food and went 20 minutes in the other direction. Only reason I ordered delivery was because I was working late and needed to get wife and kids fed. I called to tell manager what happened. Order was canceled and I might get my money back in 3 to 5 days. I’ll keep you posted. Be safe out there. Order from somewhere else.

Please do no order from here. We ordered a large pizza at 8:50 PM. We went to pick it up at the scheduled time, only for it to not be ready. They advised us to return in about 45 minutes. We returned only to discover that they have not even gotten remotely close to completing our order. When attempting to cancel, it stated they began preparing our order and couldn’t issue a refund. That was most certainly a lie. It is now 11:30 and they had not completed the order.

So delicious!! Theoretically speaking, Papa Johns has recently become my favorite pizza place. I got the cookie pizza and garlic knots. I also got cheese pizza and cheesy bread. Their prices are very good and they usually have coupons! Make sure to get garlic sauce.

Would not recommend! I did an online order for STORE PICKUP came here (the store) less than 7 mins after getting the notice my order is ready for pickup just to be told someone picked up my order via doordash. I don’t even USE DOORDASH nor did I pay for delivery. After spending 10+ mins going back and forth with the 1st guy, another guy looks at the order and lowly states it WASN’T a delivery order and that they can remake the order which would take 20+mins. Called customer service and they’re just as sorry as they stated its a store issue and management can follow-up with me in 48hrs. No apology or anything offered. As I’m waiting in my vehicle for my order, someone who works there comes out to my car to say “they gave me an extra pizza”. I DONT HAVE ANY FOOD, SO HOW CAN YOU GIVE ME EXTRA OF SOMETHING!!!!

This store the manager Jayceon & employee Tameka are the worst employees I’ve ever encountered at any Papa Johns in 30 yrs. Their unprofessional, rude & non empathetic & cancelled my order after I placed it over the phone with their call center. I went to the store to pay for my order, because they don’t deliver exactly 0.9 miles away from their store location after 5:00pm. The manager refused to take my money, I will never order from any Papa Johns ever again. If I could give them no stars I would. This location needs new management and the entire store needs at least a basic level customer relations training. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues with this particular location.
