The food is good, but the service is very poor. When I came to pick up my meal today, it was an black male in charge of handling payments. He was extremely rude, he didn’t say anything to me after I say hi to him, and he showed a lot of impatience while I was making the payment. I regret giving him a $5 tip.

Ordered double cheese and as you can see, multiple parts and one big section had no cheese on them. Manager told me it wouldn’t look any different if they remade it. After checking with my coworker who orders double cheese every time he orders, he said it didn’t look like double cheese to him either. Called and the cashier got mad at me for asking to talk to a manager and after sending notice to corporate about it, they never responded. It’s been over a month… TLDR they have poor quality control, and if you have an issue with staff, corporate will ignore you. Don’t bother responding to this complaint either, I will not be back to this location again.

Employee taking orders was VERY rude after my order had been messed up. Once remade with my hand out reaching for the food the employee the places it on the counter. RUDE AS GUY! Definitely was a race situation, any other customer he handed directly to the hands.

The pizza was cold cheese wasn’t even melted call the manager said I was lying and would not do anything about it. Because it was delivered in 25 mins. My kids had to microwave it just for it to be hot. The manager did not care about customer service and was rude.

A good place for take out pizza especially if you are near Avent ferry road. They offer a $8 large pizza with one topping on carryout which is a pretty good deal in my opinion. The quality varies from time to time and sometimes, the cheese does not even stick to the bread properly. My personal favorite is the cheese pizza BBQ sauce with mushroom toppings.
