I ordered online. I received a time and confirmation of order. I arrived in time to pickup order. I was told by the first Associate, after providing my name that I did not have an order there. I went back to my vehicle to get my phone to show my confirmation number. I was assisted by another (more professional) Associate who asked my Name, and went to the shelf and brought back my order. Like, why wasn’t this done by the first Associate??? Oh, she was more interested in talking with the co-worker (who was either on break or getting off work standing at the registers) which is unprofessional. By the way, I wasn’t the only customer coming in to pickup an order.

First time trying Papa John’s pizza on Thursday. Very very disappointed. I ordered the meatlovers stuffed crust. There was very little meat on that pizza. For $21.34 I would have been better off ordering 2 Hunt Brothers pizza from the local convenience store. My first and last time giving them my business

Had a terrible first experience at this location. The pizza we ordered was fine, but the girl who checked out my order and a male manger there, are just plain rude. Even wearing a mask, it is clear you have an ill attitude. Your eyes and eyebrows say it all. Rolling eyes at a customer who asked a simple request, to split a check? Then proceeding to have a disgruntled attitude afterwards is not acceptable. And beware, unlike surrounding Papa John’s, they charge 50 cents per sauce…. Won’t be back to this one.
