Usually the pick up at this location is always quick. I always had my order ready between 10-15 mins max. Tried the new cool ranch papadias which is good. Note: it only goes well with cool ranch that comes with it and not the garlic sauce.

Food is decent but they can’t seem to get our order correct. Twice now it’s been wrong with both times leaving off the extra garlic butters we paid for . When called they just gave the sauce refund because they didn’t have a driver (doubtful). That’s the whole point of ordering from Papa John’s . Without the garlic sauce it’s just mediocre pizza.

store is very dirty, pizza is often made wrong and is low quality. if food falls on the floor, employees simply pick it up and still give it to customers. very degenerate workplace.

When this location was first open, the quality of pizza was pretty good. Fast, piping hot, and good amount of toppings. It is still super fast but I rarely see toppings now. The quality of pizza has been terrible consistently for the past couple of months. I don’t think I would come back to this place. My whole family is disappointed. I rather want to pay more money for the quality.

Pathetic service. Ordered last night, nobody called or showed up. After a hour and half wait, the tracker said my ordered was canceled. Of course it’s impossible to talk to anybody because all their phone service is through a automated phone. I would love for a manager to reach out and explain the horrid service. Until then, I won’t spend a dime.

WORST PIZZA DELIVERY IN RDU!!! Ordered delivery twice from this location. First time after two hours I called. The pizza was delivered according to the manager. It never got here but the driver said it was. So the manager took the drivers side basically calling me a liar.I asked for a replacement but they said they were closed and could only offer a refund. How generous. Second time was tonight. Pizza was out for delivery for over 30 minutes. So guess what I got? If you guessed cold cardboard you guessed right. Stay far away from this location. Just toss tomato sauce on cardboard boxes after waiting 2 hours. It may be better. Definitely not up to Papa Johns standards.
