I felt i had to post to warn others. I usually dont like posting bad reviews. I have ordered from this Papa John’s store on 5-6 different occasions. It never fails. The pizzas look terrible. Never enough cheese, amount of sauce, or toppings. Even the Supreme doesn’t look like you want to eat it. I have had delivery with missing items. Was told to contact the store manager the next day. I will never order from this Papa John’s again. I have tried the drive to store and someone will put it in your car. I ended up waiting so long, I went in myself to get it. This store is absolutely terrible. You have been warned!

I ordered a medium and got a small pizza instead. There is a noticeable difference between a medium and a small, her the manager tried to tell me that it probably just shrunk a little and that it wasn’t really a small. I let him know that I literally measured it. After saying that, he at least offered to make another pizza and started it would take 45 minutes longer since he didn’t have any drivers. I passed because this one was already cold when I got it. This is the second time the same store has messed up the size of the pizza, it’s just that last time they caught it before they sent it out for delivery. I also have pictures of the pizza if the store manager decides he is interested in seeing that I’m telling the truth.

Totally not sure what is going on with Apex location. Tried to order online and it wouldn’t checkout. Kept saying items marked with * are required – honestly every block was filled in. Went to store to see if possibly order went through (has before) but didn’t. Tried to order same items but they don’t do the $6.99 deal in store. Not the first time this has happened either. Delivery times are awful, service is awful and food is bleh. Why are you still in business??????

I am giving 1 star because I cannot give 0. I ordered a pizza with a soda for dinner with my family and the delivery driver came with no soda. When I asked for it, he said the store never gave it to him. I called the store and I was told they would send a driver with my missing order. I waited more than an hour and no one ever showed up. Long story short I had to go to the grocery store and buy it. When I called the manager to get the money for the soda back, he said he could not refund me. He said he was going to give me a free soda in my next order. What a joke! No money back! Unprofessional and unacceptable! Never buying from them ever again!

Very disappointed. This is a sad excuse for pizza. Their goal may be to see how little cheese they can put on the pies and still call it pizza. The pepperoni has a cheap flavor to it, almost like a hint of bologna to it. Compared to the other big chain pizza shops in the area, Papa Johns is weak. I’d choose Dominoes over this. Better yet, Marcos is better. But it definitely worth spending a few more bucks and going with something like Jets or one of the independent pizza restaurants.

We had ordered for a party and the food arrived fresh on time. Although I was apprehensive of placing a big order for a party due to the bad reviews, I took a leap of faith and thankfully everything went well with the delivery, perhaps because the delivery was pretty close. Nevertheless I am happy with the service and food.
